As always I like and I love this hotel??? so comfy and so peaceful ?

However, I would like to suggest one improvement: the lobby area has remained unchanged for many years. A refurbishment — at least replacing the furniture or adding some fresh design elements — would make a big difference. At present, the lobby lacks attraction and doesn’t reflect the otherwise high standards of the hotel. Overall, I am very happy with the service and my stays here, but I believe this change will make the guest experience even better.

They changed my room when I wasn’t happy with it. Nish at the Harbour restaurant was very accommodating after I received a cold half cup of cappuccino I ordered for room service, he replaced the cup warm and hearty. Reception staff not very friendly. Neither was the floor manager. When I told them it was my birthday I didn’t even get a complimentary morning coffee. There is no sea view. Spa reception staff cold and unfriendly. I went to the spa down the road instead which had more reasonable prices and friendly staff.

Frankly it was the worst experience I ever had. Staff treating you as you are in military school. Not welcoming. Becoming so rude starting 12 pm at check out. I checked out at 12:15 they called me at 12:05, then sent me their staff at 12:12 like you are in a military school not in a hotel. I swear no one should try this shit place. Old facilities just indian food and indian staff. So maybe just for indian customers not for other nationalities Rude staff. Old facilities. No clean rooms. Feel like you went to military indian school not a hotel. If uou checked out 12:10 pm meaning 10 min late they will send you staff in room and be rude. Many calls to check out. Dun recommend at all

Taxi's are not stopping on the front side of the hotel due to some renovation of the main road.

Breakfast should be better

We asked for early check-in but no response, when we arrived at the hotel we were turned away from the door, since there was a door in the room, there was noise from the side, we wanted to change rooms and they said there was no room, the breakfast was bad and inadequate. There is a nightclub in the hotel and escorts work, it is very noisy

Everything. Location, breakfast food, cleanliness, environment, staff. It really worth the value for money. It is very nice environment. I would recommend others. Late night club music which has spoilt our sleeping. I mean the Pub or the Disco they play very loud music till 3:30 am or till 4:30 am. I had literally call to reception to stop them. We has a guest should not have the uncomforting in sleeping in the night.

Location and care and assistance for customers from the staff of the property

The facilities and comfort at the hotel were up to the mark. The staff were friendly, especially the Sri Lankan gentleman (unfortunately, we forgot his name) at the reception during the night shift—he was extremely helpful. Note: Water bottles were only provided to us when the Sri Lankan gentleman was at the reception. When someone else was on duty, our calls to the reception were completely ignored. Please take this into consideration.

The food was very good quality and tasty. The people who worked here needed special training. They didn't know how to talk. They didn't know how to laugh. They looked like they were angry or had just woken up. Especially the person who parked the car and the person who carried the luggage also dragged the bag. These people did not know the professional people.

Easy check-in, pleasant staff Noise at night, unable to sleep. If you are after a quiet night sleep then avoid this hotel. Breakfast options limited for western customers.
