And most importantly the front desk staff who surprised me by upgrading the best room in property. It was an awesome experience. He deserve tons of appreciation. Unfortunately forgot his name. Will book again this property and I hope I will meet him again

The only slight disappointment was that we weren't able to enjoy the bar for drinks and a game of pool. Although the bar closes at 1:00 a.m., we weren't aware that the last orders on weekdays are at 11:30 p.m. It would have been helpful if this had been communicated during check-in.

The service provided by Mahmoud and Youssef was excellent. Everything was excellent.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! They truly catered to my every need and made me feel completely at home from the moment I arrived. Everything was incredibly convenient, but the staff truly made the stay exceptional. A huge thank you to Mohammed for the wonderful upgrade to a beautiful room with a breathtaking view—it made my trip so special. I also want to give a massive shout-out to Linda and Naash at the concierge, who treated me like a princess throughout my stay. They were so helpful with my luggage and ensured all my transport was seamless and stress-free. It was genuinely a home away from home! None

The overall stay was good, and the hotel has the potential to deliver a much better experience. Darvin handled the breakfast issue professionally and supported us well, while Sajid at the front desk was also helpful and courteous. Their assistance was genuinely appreciated. My booking was not properly reflected at the front desk, and there was no staff available to help move our luggage to the room. We were also informed by the front desk that breakfast was included, but the restaurant staff later told us it was not covered while I was there with my family. This lack of coordination was uncomfortable and did not feel professional. I expected a much smoother experience from such a reputed hotel group.

The staff was excellent. From the reception, to the housekeeping, to the concierge, the security, those over the phone, even the employees we passed by, they were smiling at us. The room was fantastic. We booked a 1-bed suite. It was clean, and comfortable room. I didn’t like that not much people go to this hotel. This should be a done deal for many people who want to do a staycation. They have free access to Soluna Beach too in Palm Jumeirah.

Rating: 0/10 This was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had with a hotel booking. We paid 587 EUR for The First Collection Marina specifically because of its excellent location near Dubai Marina, the beach, and public transport. However, upon arrival, we were relocated without prior notice or consent to The First Collection Jumeirah Village Circle. The new hotel is in a much worse location, far from everything, forcing us to spend around 50 EUR per day on taxis. On top of that, we later found that the hotel we were moved to costs only around 240 EUR for the same dates — meaning we effectively lost around 350 EUR in value. The hotel refused to provide any meaningful compensation. Instead, they offered irrelevant things like a delayed room upgrade, dinner, and “included breakfast” — even though breakfast was already part of our original booking and fully paid. This situation felt extremely unfair and misleading. We paid for a premium location and received something significantly worse, both in value and convenience. Very disappointing experience. We would strongly advise others to be cautious when booking, as last-minute relocations without consent can happen, and you may end up paying much more for much less. Would not recommend.

Location. Close to Marina area and restaurants. Bar area, shoddy, expensive and uncomfortable.

Location was excellent for what events I was attendin. No early check-in available. I arrived before noon. At most hotels, early check-in is no problem. But I had to wait several hours in the lobby before I could get into my room.
