We stayed for 3 days and on the second day, we ask to clean our room but they only changed the bedsheets. Floor was not vacuumed and even the towels were not changed they only fold it and put it again. Sorry but We are so disappointed we pay for high price but the service didn’t give us satisfaction.

Excellent room and staff Nothing

I had a great stay at The George Hotel by Saffron, Dubai Creek. The location is excellent, very close to the creek, metro station, and traditional markets, which makes it easy to explore the area. The housekeeping service was very good, and the room was always kept clean. Room service is available, which added extra comfort to my stay. All the staff, starting from the reception, were very helpful and friendly. Their support made the experience even better. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended! The only negative point is that the room was not soundproof nor smoking‑proof, which affected the comfort slightly.

The room was a big one with a great view of the canal between Deira and Bur Dubai. The staff was friendly as well and were very polite. They only gave two small bottles of drinking water in a day and it was nothing for like a family of three. While all the other hotels I have been to, no one declines a water request and provides as many bottles as you wish to. This was a bit surprising and annoying Besides, the bathroom had a bath tub but they did not provide stopper even on request; so that is of no use either

Extremely disappointed with the hotel’s aggressive booking management. While the stay itself was excellent, the pre-arrival experience was stressful. Despite having used my card for multiple bookings in the region without issue, the hotel claimed it was invalid and threatened to cancel my reservation within 30 minutes if I didn't pay immediately (it was by luck that I was online at that moment). This forced me into a rushed payment that resulted in higher currency conversion fees than if I had paid at the hotel as planned. It was an unnecessary hurdle for a confirmed booking.

The window of the room was converted by moist and it was not clean. Though the view of the room was faded

I like the room ambiance. The room was big and clean with good views . Must visit every one Just a little things that staff didn’t explain to us before about the room things such as nuts snacks . They didn’t tell us that its not complementary and when we check out then they tell us which was quite not good

All facilities are amazing especially the sea view and the room standard was awesome well organized and clean with chargeable mini Bar.

In general, my experience with hotel service is bad, and I expected the same with The George Hotel, but when I entered the hotel to complete my reservation process, my view has completely changed to extremely positive. Really, the right employee in the right position is very important. Mr. Haider, the receptionist, showed high efficiency and professionalism in his work, which made my stay at the hotel more comfortable. I thank the management of The George Hotel and especially Mr. Haider. George Hotel will be my destination whenever I come to Dubai.
