I have been coming to the hotel for long time specially I like the rooms and it's near to metro but I would also like to thank the staff for make my stay comfortable special thanks to Munish he is very professional and helped me through out my staff I would also appreciate the effort of the night manager essam and bellman Arun Everything is fine

We had a really nice stay overall! Everything was good, and the room was very clean. A special shoutout to Monica at the reception, who was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The complimentary fruit platter was also a lovely, unexpected gesture. Location-wise, it’s fantastic, just a short, easy walking distance to the Burjuman Metro station, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The only downside was our experience with one of the staff members by the elevators. Being unfamiliar with how the lift operated, we had some trouble getting our floor button to light up after scanning our card. When we asked for help the first time, the staff member checked the card and handed it back, but it still didn't work. When we asked again, he showed us how to do it but came across as quite rude and impatient, making us feel like we were a major inconvenience to him. I completely understand everyone has busy or stressful days, but I hope the team can show a bit more patience next time, as not all guests are familiar with the hotel's elevator system.

The biggest reason is because that there is a club even I am on the sixth floor. I can hear the noise so until 4 AM. I have to accept that all the noise I cannot sleep. That’s the bad experience overall it was very good property. Everything the facility bad it’s amazing.
