The location was ok. It's not as close to the Burj Khalifa as they advertise. Also for the price point there are far better hotels. Nevertheless it has potential to become better. But I don't see that happening with the current staff. The staff lacks training. They downgraded our rooms that we PAID for. Before arrival they kept asking if we wanted to cancel our rooms. Mind you, we were there for the New Years. I'm under the assumption they overbooked and had to cancel a few people. Check in took 2 whole hours for no reason. They were playing games. UPDATE: They said room allocations are handled according to confirmed allocations. THEN WHY DID WE NOT GET OUR CONFIRMED ALLOCATIONS??

Rooms service is not good, you have yo fight for tovels and soap. Room full of lice and bedbug. 3 days water was leaking in the kitchen from washing machine, Noone from cleaners care there is 16 floors down.... Management need to really pay attention on the staff.

Rooms cleaned but the corridor was having a bad smelling Carpet should be cleaned or changed They asked a deposit of 500 AED and I have to say why. No Kleenex no sleepers Only 2 face towels and one bath towel

The cleanliness, scent of carpets in public corridors, there is heavy renovation going on and one of the construction labours accidentally opened our room and bulged in thinking it was not occupied, fire alarms go on most of the time, sometimes without prior notice so you cant really safely exclude the fact that it might be a real fire We tried to reach out to the GM or the director of operations with no luck

The front desk staff went out of their way to provide the best service ever Construction work in progress, so housekeeping is not always perfect

Very relaxing, quiet, shuttles to the city centre or beach. Delicious breakfast and very friendly staff! Nothing to note. Everything was excellent
