Nothing Loud noises from the bars, cockroaches, flies, rude reception, and smelly room.

Nothing There are four bars inside the hotel which because of the loud noise you can’t sleep. There are lots of cockroaches inside the room and also around the hotel. Washroom has lots of flies and even you request to clean and apply pest control, the management doesn’t help. Not recommended at all

Nothing! Everything is awful!! The customer service is awful! Dirty place, there's a lot of cockroaches and mosquitoes! I am pregnant with my 1 year old baby and husband, not a place to stay at all!!!

The property is conveniently located in Al Rigga, with easy access to major destinations across the city, the housekeeping is good and accomodating. The Filipino receptionist was not welcoming and lacked a pleasant customer service attitude. The bathroom and living room had many flies, and the room had an unpleasant smell. Additionally, the noise from the nearby club was very loud and could be clearly heard from inside the room, making it difficult to relax.

Nothing worst experience this time ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) My stay was very disappointing. In today’s world, where technology is a basic expectation, this hotel doesn’t even provide a smart TV in the room. Even budget hotels in Dubai offer smart TVs with access to streaming services, but here there was only an outdated television with very limited channels. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the reception staff. They were not welcoming, seemed uninterested in helping, and did not treat guests with professionalism or respect. Good customer service is one of the most important parts of the hospitality industry, and unfortunately, it was missing here. Dubai is one of the world’s most modern cities, and guests expect basic modern amenities and courteous service. For the price I paid, I expected much better. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend this hotel unless they improve both their facilities and customer service.

The girl receptionist she have bad attitude, I just only confused about the charges she tell me to pay because at first I know my mistake that I dont read that we need to pay 200 dirham for security charges. That's why I ask her but her voice was not in a bad tone. And also the room that you give is not soundproof that's why it's hard to feel relax either because we heard some voice outside the next door and outside.
