I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I arrived, which made me feel very unwelcome. The hotel itself was also very dirty. The environment did not match my expectations at all, and I was so uncomfortable with the cleanliness and overall condition of the property that I decided not to even enter the room I had booked. Although I had already paid for my stay, I immediately requested a refund because I did not want to continue staying in such an unpleasant environment. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to refund me, despite the circumstances. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. There are much better places to stay where you can expect cleanliness, professionalism, and respect from the staff. I would never choose this hotel again.

There was no towel in the washroom and no bathroom slippers. Even in the room, there were no slippers

Room is full of bed bugs and cockroaches crawling on the walls and bed and quilt.. room is not cold due to bad performance of AC. Staff is so rude and not cooperating

But for cleanliness really it was too bad cockroaches are there smelly cabinets. No pillowcase. Wifi connection is too weak

Near to where i am going Staff are rude specially when they deactivated my room key when i am still checked in for 2 days. No parking space. Room is dirty due to floor dust, washroom smells bad, pool is from 9am-5pm only and visitor not allowed even when told just get some stuff in the room and the visitor left within 15-25mns. 2nd person was also been questioned. Front desk hangs up my calls or put me on hold for awhile then hang up.
