The cleanliness of bathroom was not up to the mark. There were insects in the washroom

I never had the hotel breakfast because I usually sleep late and wake up too late to attend it. However, I really liked the hotel's location. It was very convenient and made it easy to access many places. I was able to walk around souk gold, which was one of the main places I came to shop. Overall, the location was excellent and made my stay very enjoyable. What would have made my stay better is if the hotel had provided slippers, as they are very important for guests. It would also have been nice if coffee, sugar, and creamer were replenished every morning. I often had to call and request coffee, and sometimes it was not delivered or the wrong items were brought. Daily room cleaning is also very important. Guests should not have to request housekeeping every day, so I hope the hotel will consider providing this service automatically. Improving these small details would make the overall guest experience much better.

Our pillow was dirty, and the pillow cover had not been changed. The room was not soundproof, and we could hear noise from outside, which affected our comfort.

They have the best customer service, friendly, and more importantly they act like a family If you want to use computer to check email messages it doesn’t allow you in English. It is only other language. I tried three days the same. I wish it was handy
