Everything was excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making our stay very enjoyable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with great facilities. The breakfast was excellent, and overall it offered fantastic value for money. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. Nothing to complain about. The only thing to keep in mind is that, like most places in Dubai, having a car or using taxis makes getting around much easier.

Your message has strong points, but tightening it up and removing some repetition will make it more effective and harder for the hotel to dismiss. I was extremely disappointed with the breakfast offered during my stay. Many of the dishes appeared either packaged or stale. The aloo paratha was particularly poor and, frankly, it is disappointing that packaged parathas were being served as an Indian specialty. The sambar was equally disappointing and bore little resemblance to authentic sambar. Given the global popularity of Indian cuisine, I would expect a five-star hotel to make a genuine effort to serve Indian dishes of reasonable quality rather than offering substandard versions. The croissants and bread also seemed old. They were either hard or crumbled apart when handled, which suggests they were not fresh. I chose a room with breakfast specifically because I had read positive reviews about your breakfast on Booking.com. Unfortunately, my experience was completely at odds with those reviews. The breakfast fell far below the standards I would expect from a hotel of your category. As a result, I would not choose to stay at your hotel again. Dubai offers many accommodation options, and based on this experience, I would look elsewhere for future visits. I hope you take this feedback seriously and review both the quality and authenticity of the food being served. This version keeps the criticism firm and professional while giving the hotel less opportunity to dismiss it as an emotional complaint. A separate concern was the level of service. The room was stocked with a limited number of water bottles and, given the temperatures in Dubai, we naturally consumed more water than usual. However, replenishing the water proved unnecessarily difficult. On multiple occasions, it took repeated calls to reception before additional water was delivered. For a five-star hotel, I would expect a much more responsive level of service, particularly for something as basic as drinking water.
