Nothing so dirty all was broken ac is so noise and all cabinet was broken and fridge does jot work there was no even proper place of their coffee mugs and no coffee not even water so bad smell inside the bathroom all was rusty inside remotes was too sticky we cant able to hold it everything was dirty and smell so bad never again in this kind of hotel

This hotel being on Booking.com is a fraud in itself. Arrived at the dilapidated Inn called a hotel, they didn't have room thou they had debited. They sent me to a worse facility with tripple beds. No breakfast yet they took my money. Theft. They collect money for services they don't offer. Took my money breakfast money, no breakfast. Paid for double bed, found tripple beds in the Inn i was forwarded to. I booked Downtown hotel, it sold me to White Fort about 2 metres away. I had to roll my bags the whole distance. Fake hotel

Nothing. Cockroaches everywhere, no toothbrush provided—staff said it’s because it’s a 1-star hotel, as if guests don’t need to brush their teeth. Very disappointing. The whole place, especially the washroom, smells awful—like an abandoned building. It’s old, dirty, and overpriced for such poor service. The toilet is unusable, reeking and covered in rust, more like a filthy public restroom.
