The mattress wasn’t comfortable. We always had to order extra towels. There should have been an extra couch in the living room. Lack of hangers in the closets

The upgrade. The creek view. Size and cleanliness of the room. For tv channel options it is mainly news and arabic. I was hoping i could maybe see an hbo there or something.

Everything , size , view , location and furniture There is a smell in their hall ways and their corridors in each floor I hope they fix it

We had an amazing stay at Hilton Dubai Creek Hotel & Residences. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The rooms were spacious, the facilities were excellent, and the location was very convenient. A special thank you to Suren and his team for their outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Their warm welcome and dedication to guest satisfaction truly made a difference. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future. Nothing.

Friendly staff Mr John at the reception, did an amazing job for us. From giving an extra 2 hours just for our daughter to enjoy the pool and constantly checking the room service is managed properly made us feel comfortable. At the restaurant we met Churchill a Filipina girl, she is so customer oriented and hard working. Hilton is really amazing to stay. That we checked out after 1 day, we will come again after a week or so.

I had to leave early for flight so did not have breakfast. The residence was lovely and I enjoyed my stay. However, I noticed that takeaway packaging left by a previous guest had not been cleared away before my arrival. While this was a relatively minor issue, it did affect my first impression of the venue. Aside from this, the accommodation was very pleasant, and I had an enjoyable stay.

Location and room size were decent The standard time of check in time is 3pm, I came around 5:30 pm and my apartment wasn't ready and they just started to clean it when I arrive and checked in, so they took around 1 hour to clean the room and we were very tired me and my family especially the kids, so it's really wasn't a plasent experience.
