The staff members were exceptionally kind and friendly. Renovations and updates appear to be in progress.

Friendly staff, big room and clean

The staff was amazing and so helpful! Our stay was very pleasant. Our room was clean and well kept.

Location and staff were friendly Our floor was half under construction with stuff strewn about the halls and lots of construction noise dust and fumes. The couch in our room was badly stained we were afraid to sit on it. Last night there after midnight kids screaming and running down the halls. The beds were okay but the pillows were not good at all.

The room was an excellent fit for what we needed and the staff was all helpful and very polite. Was happy with everything

Exceptional

no swimming pool, not really a suite or separate area.

We liked the location, the staff, the size of the rooms and the pool! They were renovating the property but it didn’t impact our stay at all.

Pull out bed was terrible. Pool was closed. And there was a party going outside on the patio at midnight and the front desk staff dismissed the call as if it was ok. The staff is useless. Pick a different hotel!

Breakfast, pool, room size, cleanliness The dining area/lobby was not kept clean throughout the day.

It was clean, modern, and comfortable. The room was spacious and weak suited for my family of three. We utilized the refrigerator and made meals to save money while traveling. The rooms need larger trash cans given you can cook in-room. Also, The pool area was a little chaotic because of children being unattended and running wild. Other than that, we loved it.

This was an excellent stay. The mattresses were very comfortable. The room offered a kitchenette and spacious storage for our stay. The curtain to separate the living area from the beds was so helpful once the kids went to bed and we wanted to stay up later.
