The family-owned Berkeley Hotel is located at the beautiful Gruž harbor of Dubrovnik and offers modernly furnished rooms and apartments, some of which featuring sea views. The famous Old Town of Dubrovnik is only 1.2 mi away and is easily reachable by local bus services, running every 10 to 15 minutes from in front of the hotel. The rooms and suites are modernly and stylishly furnished, and the delicious breakfast is a great start of the day. Services like car rental, an airport shuttle, fishing excursions and luxury boat charter are available on request. Within a 10-minute walk at the most you can reach domestic and international ferry services, water taxis and the main bus station. Parking is available at the parking lot of the Berkeley Hotel.

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was ideal if you want to stay just outside the Old Town but close enough to visit easily, yet far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel that provides direct service to the Old Town, or you can take an Uber for around €10. The pool was a great place to relax during the hot summer days. The staff were wonderful. Extremely kind, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel was also impeccably clean, just as we had anticipated. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would definitely choose to stay here again. Nothing that I can think of.

1. The staff had good vibes. 2. The view from the terrace was amazing. 3. Amenity was decent. 4. Very close to the port for people attempting island hopping. There was hair on the bathroom floor .

Location was convenient. We only spent one night so not a lot of walking around the neighborhood. The room was okay. Nice balcony and view of the water. AC was great and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice and food servers were nice too. Our door knob on the inside fell apart. We Gerry rigged it so we didn’t have to change rooms. The remote battery was dead and the TV satellite signal was weak so we needed front desk assistance to resolve.

Beginning to end it was such a great experience. Super friendly staff, very confortable room, breakfast was delicious. 10/10 hotel.

The staff were so nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous. The location was great. Bus outside the door to The Old Town. We had a leak in our air con on our arrival. Had to move room and as a result we lost our balcony sea view. We were compensated with a bottle of precesso.

The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. They arranged to let us stay in the same room when we booked an additional night. The hotel was in a perfect location for our arrival and departure by boat, and also for visiting Dubrovnik, away from the bustling crowds. Great breakfast, too! Lots of good restaurants in the area. Had a bit of trouble operating the shower properly, but there was plenty of hot water.

Great central location, walkable to Old Town, bars, restaurants and the ferries. Super friendly and informative staff. Went out of their way to help and make suggestions. Bright clean modern rooms with amazing views. The bathmats were definitely in need or replacement!

The informative Red museum was a 2 minute walk away, and the dock 5 minutes. The front desk staff was a breath of fresh air! Pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was amazing.

The staff were lovely, from the moment I arrived until I left. They were knowledgeable, helpful and keen to ensure guests had a pleasant stay. The breakfast options were great with the breakfast room being comfortable. For my stay the location was perfect and the local buses were a great way to get to and from the old town

Very friendly and helpful staff, the hotel was very clean, breakfast were every day a very good start for the whole day - as for me very good, a good choice for someone who wants to explore the city! Dubrovnik Pass helps to reduce the costs of transportation! The street is very noisy at least till 24 hours and as from 5-5:30, so you need to close the window, in other words: the hotel for air conditioning friends! On the other hand, the fridge was noisy as well so it helps only partially.
