City Hotel Dubrovnik

Coffee pods not replaced upon room cleaning. And drunk belligerent people in hallway that were very loud into the wee hours of the morning. Called reception and they said they would call the room above us. The noise continued but eventually stopped

I did not partake of the breakfast. The location was nice, the room was clean. The decor was a bit on the dark side, but it was great value for a quick overnight. No complaints and it was in a nice neighborhood. The hotel could use some brighter colors. It was a bit dark.

The breakfast was good, and the location was very close to the city and all of the main restaurants and walk way.

The room was clean and comfortable, the internet connection was great, the beds were so comfy and the size of the room was decent. good amnesties in the room. the breakfast was decent however not so rich. great and fast check in.the location is ok and far from noisy places and close somehow to the port of ferries. there is a bus station right at the hotel building which was helpful. nothing really, all was amazing.

I liked the fact that it was effectively halfway between the Old town and the bus station/port - super friendly staff, notably Marta; floor to ceiling windows; balcony; fridge; welcome bottle of water; a great one touch button system to indicate whether you want room cleaned or not; slippers; shaving mirror; excellent towels; excellent selection of TV channels across many languages; the hotel overall was very quiet; bakery just steps away as is a major supermarket; plenty of outlets for your electronics; luggage rack Difficult to complain about a room that you received a free upgrade for (Thank you!!); about the only thing I can say negatively is that the curtains are a necessary evil as they keep things private and at the same time block out the sun; once closed they are not simple or quick to open and in fact near the balcony door they were snagged in places; mine were shut for the duration and sadly the floor to ceiling windows were not taken full advantage of; perhaps some blinds that you can open or shut quicker when and if necessary; the rest of my comments are very minor with the fridge and the wall unit had to be lined up just so for doors to close and/or open; there was no breakfast but I knew that when I booked; it is on a busy stretch of road but all manageable with earplugs

Parking is a bit pricey per day but thats standard for Dubrovnik

The hotel is excellent.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Next, I will stay longer and at this hotel. The staff were professional, friendly and attentive.

Beautifully decorated spacious bathroom and very comfortable beds. Nice balcony. I would have liked to have body lotion available in the bathroom.

The beds were spacious and comfy and the staff were lovely. Great location - short walk to the port where there are lovely restaurants and bars and a bus stop next to the hotel that takes you into old town

Hotel was nice and clean No pool or beaches close by
