The location is good. close to the bus station, the ferry port, and with bus stops right in front of the hostel. The beds and pillows are comfortable, and each bed has its own reading light and power outlet. Lockers are really spacious. The owner is friendly and definitely a character. The hostel only lets you store your luggage after checkout if you leave a positive review on booking. Otherwise, they charge €10. I don’t agree with this kind of practice. I choose walk to the bus station and pay €1 per hour for luggage storager rather than leave a dishonest review just for the owner’s convenience. The facilities are very limited. There isn’t a proper kitchen, just a tiny area at the reception with a microwave, a mini fridge, a two-burner electric cooktop, and an oven sitting ON THE FLOOR. Since there’s no sink in that area, all cooking utensils have to be WASHED IN THE BATHROOM SINK. Gross. Whenever someone cooks in the reception area, the smell spreads throughout the entire hostel and quickly becomes overwhelming. I stayed for two nights, and the whole time there was a plate of rotten eggs sitting on the reception windowsill that no staff member ever removed. The bathroom situation is also poor. There is only one women’s toilet and shower, and one men’s toilet and shower for the entire hostel, which has three dorm rooms with multiple bunk beds. Long waits for the bathroom are common. During my stay, the bathrooms weren’t cleaned properly, and they even ran out of toilet paper.

The property was near a supermarket and a café, which was helpful because the rest of Dubrovnik was priced beyond belief. The property looks nothing like the photos. They had crammed more bunkbeds into my room, and the lamps were hanging off the walls. Rather than the sturdy wooden bunkbeds in the picture, they were creaking and flimsy metal ones. Both I and another person almost tipped the whole bed over trying to climb to the top bunk. The staff were also largely absent, and the front door was unlocked, which made it feel way more insecure than expected. For the price, I do feel like it was a bit of a scam, especially being so far outside the old town.

This was honestly one of the best hostel experiences I could have asked for. Peter (the owner) was incredibly kind and accommodating, the hostel was spotless, and it had everything a solo traveler could need. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the port and bus station, with plenty of local food spots right underneath and a supermarket nearby, so everything you need is within walking distance. I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived and would definitely recommend staying here. :)

All good, there is no single thing bad about the place. Location perfect

Only one bathroom for the whole hostel. It gets really dirty and wet. The “kitchen” is in the reception and there no even a sink. We need to wash the dishes on the bathroom. We also had a problem with one drunk guy being aggressive with us (girls) in the sharing room and when we texted the staff they sad that nothing can be done because he paid for his stay. The beds are really next to each other and nothing to cover also really noisy. Nothing is offered at all to a minimum comfortable stay.

A good place for a short stay, rooms and bathrooms are clean. And they have AC in the rooms :)

The Staff was very friendly and the rooms didnt have too many people im them so it felt fairly open. It also had a decent bathroom with multiple showere and toilets. It was also kept very clean. It is a little small

They were extremely accommodating, excellent communication, and Anna was exceptional! Small shower (but hot and excellent pressure)
-
Location for sure, Everything is there 10 meters, good and cheap apartment. Stronger beds because the ones currently have really look new, but they creak a lot.
-
Location was perfect, everything is there. Shopping, market, local restaurants, local coffee shops, domestic market. Cruise port is there as well you can see the ships around. Everything is very good, mayb new beds because the current one is very loud I mean It creaks a lot when you move.

Location and view was very good.
-
Great location in terms of amenities and access to facilities. Got to see a great area of Dubrovnik, host Peter is really nice!

I liked the window facing the water. The person managing was great, responsive, very nice and welcomed me! Happy to come back Maybe fixing the squeaky beds. Not sure how but turning is loud. Getting up is even louder. The key to any stay is bringing ear plugs but I can tell not everyone did

Location is good. Overall good with the price. Staff are super helpful and quick response The bed contains noise. Whenever a person was turn around his body, the noise was loud from the bed. Also would be good if the bed had a curtain.

Great value especially for Dubrovnik where things can get expensive fast. The staff were super helpful and communicative throughout my entire stay. If you wanted to get out of Old Town there was also plenty of shopping and places to eat nearby. Also only a quick walk to the airport shuttle at the main bus station when I was departing. Only thing that isn’t “great” is if you don’t like walking as old town is a few km away. That’s immediately countered by a public bus stop ten steps away from the front door though and I personally loved strolling along the waterfront between the hostel and old town.

The property was clean and it a great location

Friendly staff, spotless clean bathrooms and rooms with lots of light and even the sea view ? All the recommendation if you are between cities or staying longer. The port and bus station are in less than 10 minutes walking range, and you have a lot of coffee shops and restaurants and even flower shops all around. 100/10

The bed was comfortable and bathrooms were nice! I waited nearly two hours in reception, which is a living room, for a volunteer to show up and when they did they didn’t even have change for a 10€ bill for the tourist tax. They expected me to have exactly €5.40?

The owner was very kind and helpful when I needed to find a space to take a job interview. He went out of his way to help me arrange this. The neighbourhood felt very safe too.

It was easy to check in, clean and loved the bathrooms.
