Very different form the photos and the outside window protections were louse so they started banging fom 3 in the morning so loud I could not sleep and the made us pay the city tax even if the tax was already paid on booking Location and value + a very big like for the parking

The room was fantastic. Really clean and comfortable. The included breakfast is great and there are bus stops a short walk away that can get you to Old Town (look for bus 4). A little pricey. The shower would randomly get super hot out of nowhere.

Great value and well located to avoid the crowds of Old Town, but also close enough for a nice 40 minute walk or so. The breakfast was great and one of the nicer hotel gyms I have used. Nothing, everything was great.

The location was good. Close to the bus stop or walking distance to the marina. The breakfast was good with a lot of variety. The whole place is a student dorm so it’s very very basic which was not clear in the description. It’s not like a real hotel should be.

This area is dorms that they turn into hotel rooms for the summer. The room includes an attached bathroom, TV, and mini refrigerator. We really enjoyed the included breakfast in the morning with a large selection. The area is a bit away from Dubrovnik Old Town and the city wall, but not too far from the bus stop which will drop you off right at Pile Gate which is the main entrance into the Old Town.

The restaurant staff was not very helpful. I was told at dinner just buffet available and then people behind me ordered off the menu. I had to get up and go to bar to order water as I was never waited on or acknowledged throughout meal.

Nice, modern & clean room with a private bathroom in a big and interesting building that is actually a student dorm during the year. Delicious breakfast buffet with a lot of options is included in the price - as well as a safe & free parking underground (which is rarety in Dubrovnik). 10 mins away from Old Town by bus! There's no kitchen or any kind of appliances except a mini fridge - so don't expect to cook :)

One small suggestion: it would have been nice to have at least a bottle of water provided at check-in.

Free indoor parking. Open buffet breakfast. Very short trip to get to the city via bus. Instead of a queen bed, there were two twin beds joined in the center.

Compared to other accommodation in Dubrovnik, this one is among the more affordable. The complex includes a restaurant and a café with reasonable prices. The location is very good. The rooms are spacious. This is essentially a student dormitory. The beds are twin and can be easily separated. If you’re a couple or a solo traveler looking for a comfortable bed, don’t expect that here. In addition to separating easily, the beds are small, and the pillows are uncomfortable. The air conditioning is limited but works. However, the ventilation system is extremely noisy, to the point where it’s hard to sleep. Don’t expect complete darkness in the room, as a lot of light comes through the windows. The shower has very low water pressure. The room is not cleaned thoroughly enough. It’s clear that everything is a bit worn out. If the beds were comfortable, the room completely dark at night, and the air conditioning not extremely noisy (perhaps it’s broken), I would recommend it. Still, it’s definitely better than any hostel in Dubrovnik.

The staffs that welcomed us warmly, good value for such facilities and clean room. The location is okay as long as you got used to taking local bus and walking a little bit. There are busses towards Old Town and towards Sunset Beach/Babin Kuk ; no 4 (quite frequent) and 7 (every 1 hour and not running on weekends/holidays) which bus stop is a short walk away. You can also climbed down a flight of stairs down to number 6 bus stop (way more frequent) near the Lapadska Obala street - but not so recommended with heavy/huge luggages. The restaurants in the hotel is alright, not superbly delicious but their prices are slightly cheaper than in town, so no complaints! There is konzum market nearby, 3 playgrounds (important for us! as we have little child) and several bakery/pub/restaurants if you’re willing to walk towards Cokolino or Lapadska Obala Area. - There is no water boiler (kettle) inside the room as sometimes we need to drink warm water and don’t want to get hot water straight from the tap (we drink cold tap water tho) - The breakfast selections was abundant but sadly the pancake offers was not there throughout our whole stay (due to disfunctioning machine).
