It feels like a different world once you get into the hotel area. Very fresh and vibrant and clean. Bed is comfortable and bathroom has good shower. Facilities are well maintained. The raised swimming pool being in the dinning area with clear glass reduces privacy of the swimmers. But certainly the view of the city from the pool is excellent.

Staff was attentive when request were made Bedsheet had stains but was changed although it needed a few times to change it as the few bedsheets that were replaced too had stains on it. Proper washing process should be administered by the laundry dept.

If other guests were more polite... Bad acoustic insulation. Noise from the surrounding rooms; on top floor, noise from the pool and A/C system.

The hotel staff friendly. Liked the dinner i had in the restaurant. Well presented, excellent meal. The receptionist handle well and explain slow and clearly in English. Nothing. All was fine.

Fairly new hotel, clean rooms and bath, comfortable beds. Nice buffet breakfast with good choices. The roof top lounge is nice, comfortable for night time relax and group drinks gathering. Rooms were a bit expensive now, perhaps post covid. Expensive jetty pickup service which is only very short distance. Hotel should consider to provide complimentary especially we were staying for few nights or at least more affordable rates.

Room setting nice and cosy No fridge in the room and ironing facility. Hotel not able to issue invoice for booking via booking.com this is inconvenient for my reimbursement.
