The location is convenient, just a short drive to Durbuy, which is definitely worth visiting. The staff members Chantal and Viviana were warm, welcoming, and truly helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant terrace offers nice views. Breakfast was good. Free parking is available outside (possibly the only thing that doesn’t come with an extra charge). This is not what I would consider a typical wellness center. Access to the swimming pool comes at an extra charge of €80–€100 (this is stated on their website, but it’s something to be aware of). Massages are not guaranteed. They depend on the number of treatments booked and whether it’s financially worthwhile for the masseuse to travel—she lives 1.5 hours away. Check-in is strictly limited to between 3 PM and 5 PM. We arrived at 6 PM and, although we were not charged extra, we received the following message when we raised a different concern (our concern was not being able to have a massage due to the minimum number required—we had expected perhaps some flexibility, like access to the wellness area instead): “Normally, a late check-in outside regular hours incurs an additional charge… Instead of appreciation for this flexibility, you are now asking for compensation… we would have been within our rights to deny late check-in and leave the key unavailable…” I’ll leave it to the reader to decide whether this is an appropriate way to communicate with a guest. The room itself was not comfortable. It had a strong sense of humidity—so much that the bed sheets felt damp. There were many flies in the room (despite a mosquito repellent plug, which didn’t help), and the air ventilation system wasn’t working properly. We used a portable air conditioning machine to reduce the humidity slightly, but the room still felt unpleasant. The toilet was not properly installed, and water splashed out with every flush. The mattress was very soft and not supportive, which we found uncomfortable (though this may vary by personal preference). The “restaurant” is only available by reservation and only for large groups. If you bring your own food, there’s a notice in the room stating that you’ll be charged €20 per item (food or bottle), which we found excessive.

The friendly service. The location an views of the surrounds The mini bar was emptied on arrival, made us feel uncomfortable as we are familiar with honesty bars. This became a problem as the staff did not stay a site to provide drinks after hours.

It all started with the first look.. Clean, cosy, calm and quiet neighbourhood with an amazing view! The welcome was super friendly and open, showing us around the place and giving all the needed information (also for the wellness) The room looks amazing and is super clean! (Even the bed frame wall art has no dust in the small, hard to get places! 10/10!) Going into the wellness, we are greeted with a warm and cosy space with alot of natural light, a big swimming pool with waterfall (wich can be turned on or off at will) next to a lounge area with big, waterproof seats, a big jacuzzi and a sauna with an amazing view to the outside. This looks even better when the sun is down and the cosy lights are on! The wellness area is public to the other residents in the other suites and it is with bathclothing! Sleeping in the bed was also an amazing experience with high quality sheeting and boxspring and pillows. Showering in the beautiful (open feeling, thanks to the glass windows to the rest of the suite) bathroom is an absolute delight! In the morning we ate an amazing breakfast outside, enjoying the view and quiet surroundings. The breakfast included fresh orange juice, freshly baked eggs and bacon with your own specified sandwiches/croissants/pistolets/..., all fresh from the bakery, together with a freshly made coffee of your choice Overall an amazing and relaxing experience! 100/100! - Only 1 coffee on the room - It was pretty hot inside without airco, but the air cooler made it better

Fantastic, unforgettable experience. The staff was very accommodating and the property was beautiful, private, quiet, and serene. The location and grounds are wonderful if you enjoy the views of the countryside. The lofts are outside of the town a bit. The breakfast was exceptional - could not ask for a better breakfast, and the view from the upstairs kitchen/dining was exquisite. Dining on the second level opens to the outdoors, as do the bedrooms. It rained prior to our arrival and we enjoyed a double-rainbow view overlooking green hills from the second level of the property. Really beautiful. Thank you! There was a slight musky smell to the bedroom when we entered, and the staff opened the door to the outside which helped to relieve the smell. The smell was not noticeable after the door had been opened for a while. I think the smell came from the sizeable bathroom that is adjacent to the bedrooms (and separated by clear glass). I'm not certain how the bathroom vents. However it had rained that day, so we let in mosquitos when we allowed the outside door to remain open. We chased a few mosquitos into the night but we finally battled them all.

excellent breakfast, good selection of product and friendly staff the hotel is a bit overpriced given the location which is pretty far from Durbuy center.

The kind, helpful personnel was a standout. Their kind warmth and helpfulness made us feel welcome and cared for from check-in to check-out. Hearty breakfasts made mornings great. They had something for everyone. It was a great start to our explorations. We had plenty of room for our items and could move freely. The hotel's tranquilly impressed. We easily visited local attractions. We had time to enjoy the local culture and beauty due to the small distances. The hotel had certain drawbacks despite its numerous positives. Toiletries were poor. The bathroom amenities and goods were subpar. We expected better toiletries for our stay. Mosquitoes were another issue. These pests entered through holes in the windows or doors. This was especially annoying in the nights and disrupted our sleep. Therefore, we couldn't open the room's windows. In nice weather, opening the windows would have been amazing. It would have ventilated and refreshed the room. Air conditioning was a major downside. Despite the location and other conveniences, these flaws did affect our entire experience.

Fantastic breakfast with locally sourced ingredients

Clean, neat, modern, spacious room to stay. Great breakfast. Comfy bed. Friendly supporting host. We couldn’t check in @ 15:30pm as promised, as there was nobody to welcome us. A simple (cheap) welcome drink would be a great kick-off. and certainly a way to make up for the lost check in time.

Spa facilities Baked onions with the dessert…and even though mistakes happen they could have handled it better. Dinner quantity simply too much.

Nothing Everything. It is not a hotel and it is no where near 5 star status, therefore the daily rate is totally not market related.

high-quality finish of all things, from beddings to vanities. The private indoor pool and jacuzzi were a nice bonus. excellent breakfast. the jacuzzi could have been ever so slightly cleaner!

Breakfast was great with friendly and no-nonsense staff. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious and the wellness area a treat. Sound proofness of the building is not superb.
