Breakfast was good but is overpriced at 20 EUR.

Great location. The room was extremely small, the walls were very thin. Some of staff were nice, but had difficulty answering questions. Another staff was a bit rude. No coffee either in room or provided (we had to pay).

Charming, rustic with a touch of elegance in the cobblestone streets of Durbuy. Well Located in the heart of this quaint town amidst all the shops and restaurants at the doorstep. Staff was friendly and helpful! The on site restaurant was exceptional and the breakfast delicious!

Superb location in the heart of the historic centre of Durbuy with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops plus the castle and river in the immediate vicinity. This hotel boasts a large restaurant with big terraces and great views. Staff at reception and restaurant are very helpful and go the extra mile to serve customers. The hotel has 5 parking spaces in a spacious underground parking lot of which the entrance is nearly impossible to find. But once you found it, it is only a short walk to the hotel and cheaper than the public parkings. Try to book the junior suite which is spacious and comfortable and just 5 steps up the stairs from the reception.

The hotel is at the heart of this small city, very charming and cozy. the room is little bit too warm for the summer but I bet it should be really nice during the winter time!

The location literally could not be better. It was a bit difficult speaking to the staff since they did not speak English and were serving dinner while trying to check us in. It is more of a restaurant than a proper hotel.

The location is right in the center. Their restaurant and breakfast is beautiful and has a good buffet. The room was nice and rustic. Our room was located in the 3rd floor and even though it was only around 20 degrees outside, the inside of the room was incredibly hot. There was a ventilator which we used even during the night, but we were sweating anyway.

The room was super cute. It really had chalet/treehouse vibes. The bed was very comfy and the smart tv was a plus on those rainy days. The bathroom was real nice and the view was beautiful. The hotel localisation is handy and central, even though, durbuy is tiny so that's not too hard. The was no AC or ventilation in the room. It felt super stuffy real fast and it wasn't even warm outside! Can't even imagine in the full sumer time. It was honestly hard to sleep because there was just no air. And you can't just leave the windows open because there is a bar nightclub across the street having a party until midnight. Then drunks wandering the streets. Honestly ac is like the basic amenity in todays hotels so it's really weird to me. The service was not the best. At the reception the person felt very judgy and cold. Also, on top of the price we had to pay for my small chihuahua mix pup. Where the price for the dog was quite standard, it wasn't said at any point, we just discovered it on the final bill. I can understand the doggy tax but then at least have water bowls for them in the room ? That would have been the bare minimum. Thankfully we had everything with us. The breakfast was very basic. Bread from delhaize (the bag was just laying there), those mini defrozen pastries, can fruit salad. It's cheap, and easy but I would have been OK to pay more for more quality and local products. It just feels sad to eat industrial bread in a place like this. Honestly, you mostly pay because it's in durbuy and the room aesthetics. And their brasserie for us was a big miss. The burgers were barely average and the fries were dry. Given the price, we expected a bit more. Underwhelming all around. Also, goot to know, there is no parking for the hotel, you have to go to the paying public parking. Better be there early on some days.
