Everything was great! Only complaint is that I found a hair in my bed under the pillow and the night stand needed to be wiped down from whoever stayed before me. Not deal breakers, but definitely things one notices. Other than that the property was great and I’d stay again due to the location and ease!

The room was fresh and clean -the bed was very comfortable with an array of various types of pillows. The bathroom was modern and beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back! Thank you!

A very clean hotel. The staff were always cleaning. The staff also were very welcoming and helpful. Great breakfast selection. Plenty of adequate parking. Continently located to Chapel Hill. Plenty of restaurants, stores, etc. close by. No noises, a very quiet stay.

The ac was blowing hot air and when we called they told us to try pushing some buttons, which did nothing. They told us they didn’t know what to do and hung up.

They did not empty the trash in our room during our stay. The common area trash cans were overflowing. There were spill stains on the wall between the beds. The staff were not professionally dressed.

The room was clean. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was simple but fresh. Parking was well lit but was not free.

Location was good. Staff kind and helpful. Breakfast meh, floors in room seemed a little sticky... possibly the type of flooring? Ice machine on 1st level only and cost a little high. Unless you were a Hilton member you'd be charged with parking. This is always a pet peeve of mine. Luckily I was a member. I don't like the nickel and diming of parking.

Overall the hotel was clean and neat. It was extremely loud as our room was right by the lobby and there was a college team staying at the hotel at the same time. It literally sounded like they were having a bowling party upstairs. I booked the hotel to have a quiet place after my surgery and that was not able to be accomplished.

The property is well maintained and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are a comfortable size. The location is isolated, with no restaurants or bars within a 15 minute walk, and no meal service or bar in the hotel. The hotel offers free breakfast but it is extremely limited. 24 hour free coffee service is a plus. The TV service is horrible when many in the hotel are watching simultaneously, with broadcasts too pixelated to watch.
