AMR Hotel

The staff were friendly enough. There were a bit stand offish with us but maybe it’ was a language barrier The hotel is not wheelchair or disability friendly at all. There are no rails on stairs to access the breakfast area or the seafront of the property so if you have mobility issues, I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s not just this hotel though I will say. The area in general does not accommodate to those who are disabled or with reduced mobility. This really impacted on my trip overall.

Staff; especially Rexhina was very helpful Location Best breakfast in the whole Tirana. The variety of choices makes you really enjoying the stay The AC is fixed and cannot be controlled. It was sit to heat and couldn’t sleep well. The water feels weird. I don’t know how to describe it, but it likes you washed your hand with moisture

Beautiful place with a great location. The restaurant for dinner is excellent. They cooked my steak perfectly and everything we tried we loved. The breakfast is amazing. So many options! The staff were extremely friendly. The view from the balconies in the room were wonderful. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom with the rainfall showerhead was amazing. I loved the place and would definitely go back again!

AMR Hotel offered the singularly most unappealing breakfast I had ever seen. AMR Falsely advertising having A/C and heating which is not true. They offer heating OR A/C, but you do not get to chose. The staff is not emotionally attached to the jobs and customer service is optional.

Location right on the beach within 15 minutes of Durres. Seaview rooms are perfect with balconies to watch the sunset and listen to the sea in the morning. Friendly staff on reception gave very good recommendations for Durres restaurants

Exceptional

Very happy with this hotel and staff : even got a little Birthday cake for breakfast on my special day. First morning we got a weird phone call at 8am, it woke us up . A bit unexpected.

Hotel has good location, near the beach. The family room was spacious, beds comfortable. Overall hotel premises look good. We had a bad experience during dinner in the hotel restaurant. The waitress was not attentive, and though it was pointed out with a finger on the menu, she brought the wrong dish. We complained, but the waiters were not friendly. After that, another waiter who was accepting payment by card charged 10 times more than the cheque. We did not notice the mistake at first, and the waiter also brought it to our attention only after he saw that my husband was speaking with the front desk. Probably, because of that, he came and mentioned his mistake. The hotel manager apologised and returned the money. However, we wanted to warn other guests about the situation so they would be attentive. The food tasted average. The bathroom floor in the family room was dirty, with hair on it. Thus, it would be beneficial if the hotel could improve the staff's attitude and ethics.

Great location front sea, clean, restaurant good and professional service from the waitresses. The breakfast should be improved. Not in line with a 4 star hotel and the price paid. Not really too much choice and very low quality of products. Expensive for being in low season.

Superb

It was a short trip, just 3 nights, but we were amazed by the hotel. It was clean, modern with spacious rooms. Normally are mattresses either to soft or to hard to sleep, but the mattresses here were just perfect for sleeping. The staff was very friendly, ready to help you with everything. Waiters in the restaurant/bar were also very friendly and treating us like if we were VIP clients. We really enjoyed our stay. I would expect a little bit more options for breakfast.

Room was very good and clean. Servis and food were terrible. We had to wait for a long time to eat dinner, in the end food was terrible.
