Beautiful hotel with kind staff and owner who treat you like a family. Rooms were spacious and clean. Delightful breakfast with various options including local meals which we found very interesting and tasty. The hotel has a beach right in front of it with sunbeds and umbrellas you can use. We are coming back for sure.

The neighboring hotel had loud live music every day until 11:30 pm - midnight, it was terribly loud, thus it was impossible to sleep

The breakfast was amazing, as was all the food we ate there. The staff treated us like family, or treasured friends, rather than hotel guests. We would 100% go back and recommend to friends!!! The only things I could think to add would be tissues in the bathroom and a rubbish bin in the main room…easy enough for us to handle on our own.

Breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Dinners in other restaurants nearby were better.

A really nice hotel to stay. Durres and east coast is a true party mile and therefore not everyone´s preference.

Excellent, newly renovated little hotel in Golem, just a few steps from a lovely beach. Our room was spacious and comfy, and the balcony was huge with a sea view that made it even better. Breakfast was good, with lots of dessert options (always a plus). The staff at reception were super friendly and helpful. The beach itself is really nice, and we loved having our own sunbeds and umbrella included. The only downside isn’t the hotel’s fault but still affected our stay: the neighboring hotel, Elba, blasts live music every night from 9pm to midnight, mostly a mix of pop and turbo folk. Sitting on the balcony in the evening became kind of unbearable, and we ended up avoiding the hotel restaurant altogether. The receptionist said they keep reporting it, but nothing changes. It’s a shame, because this really is a great place otherwise.

What distinguishes this property from all the other hotels I have been to before is the degree of hospitality and care. The owner made me feel from day1 that she truly cares about me and she did any single effort to make sure I have an exceptional stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, the food is very good, and the location is excellent. I felt I was hosted by a close friend, I felt at home....

Beach and the walk way Ok, experience – Booking.com is to blame, not the hotel: ? No phone charging options: I asked to charge my phone and was told there are no charging points in the restaurant or even in the room. It's completely unacceptable. ?️ No extra blanket provided: We were three people, and Booking.com clearly showed that in the reservation. When I asked for a third blanket, the hotel said “we don’t have any blankets in the hotel.” Shocking and unprofessional. ?️ Misleading listing: The photos, explanations, and ratings on Booking.com were completely inaccurate. The actual experience didn’t match the description at all. 90 EUR nothing worth the one bed room. The third bed was a sofa bed, not regular. ? Poor value for money: The amount I paid was not worth it for the service and amenities I received. ? Customer care failure: It feels like Booking.com cares more about collecting money than about customer satisfaction. I am asking for big compensation from booking as a member of your organization

Everything The welcome the reception,food ,room,service and treatment from everyone is amazing,we booked a extra day because the place is really good,I wanted to see the football game Real Madrid vs arsenal and how they fixed it up I saw the game in the restaurant that had to close for the evening later but kept it open for me alone,marvelous people,if you want a good hotel please come here and you will see it yourself

The first option during check-in was the very pleasant, happy and friendly lady the staff in the reception, willing to provide any help may need according check-in of a big group of 6 rooms check-in! The room was very comfortable and very clean and tidy. The restaurant very good and the staff very friendly and willing to service with a big smile. There is parking inside the hotel that was very helpful. The location of the hotel was in the center of the seaside and the beach was across the hotel. Every room has a specific set of 2 seabeds in the beach without any extra charge. Also seaside was very clean without garbages. The breakfast was more the perfect. I recommend with hotel as excellent! Nothing as to comment.

Beautiful hotel right on the sandy beach.Excellent, outstanding comfort. New launge chairs and umbrellas that are assigned to your room( this is something we just loved) also included in the price of your stay?Whenever you come to the beach it's waiting for you.We also loved the beach service , witch included food and drinks delivery right to your launge chair❤️ Rooms are clean, big, bright, new furnature , and linen. Our room had the most amazing view ?Towel service and cleaning everyday,linen change every 3 days. The breakfast was plantyful and alot of different chooses, always fresh. Staff at the hotel was very kind and ready to help. Front desk, kitchen stuff, cleaning ladys... all of them just super nice. I just don't understand why is this Hotel only 3 stars?‍♀️
