The food was fresh and offered a good variety, and the hotel’s facilities were excellent. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. What stood out the most was the outstanding hospitality, which made us feel truly valued as guests. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. I will definitely be back!

Location and service Food

Close the the beach, has own facilities for almost everything you want It’s not quite clean.. neither in the public areas nor in the inside rooms. Gym was closed. The spa area felled old, a little bit dirty and half working (showers, sinks, etc). Food in the morning with 100 ways cooked eggs and sausages.. pancakes with texture and taste as we’re made on water without eggs.

Friendly staff. Varied food. Pleasant atmosphere. Clean rooms, the hotel is spotless.

The whole staff was exceptional and really helpful and friendly. The food is really good. Nothing in particular, but maybe it needs some small details to be better for a high end premium feel. (Example the elevator buttons are annoying you have to press several times)

Meals were okay Kids entertainment was nice This is not 5 star resort. The most and that’s pushing it, is a 3 star. Snacks in between the meals didn’t exist. Extremely limited drink menu in the all inclusive package. The drinks that were served were cheap alcohol. The rooms were older, chipped furniture and not the cleanest. Service wasn’t the best either. Had to wait a while for someone to bring us something to drink. Would not recommend to a friend and wouldn’t stay again.

Love that it's beachfront and all-inclusive. Variety of food and activities to do. My room didn't have a balcony. But there are plenty of rooms that do.

I was expecting a great deal as to its high reputation but very hard disapointed. First of all we didnt have robes at our room, the indor pool was cold the spa anly had the jaccuzi working so much clorine in it that your eyes burned, the food was medium id say, didnt have much meat choises but what was dissapointed was that during our stay we hat our car hit in the holel parking and in spitr of notifying upon realisation and giving all the data, they didnt bother to inspect the cctv and didnt held and desire to find the person who did it, saluted us with a...we will contact you and never responded. We didnt report it in good faith the would reach out.

the rooms are very spacious beach is nice construction work in the building where my room was, loud and dirty food is good, but no vegetarian options (except for salad and cheese) and more or less always the same drinks at the bars are served in plastic and paper cups (one time use) and a lot of small things everywhere overall the hotel is ok, but it is far away from a 5 star standard that it pretends to have

The room was good in good condition. The breakfast was good and plentiful selections. The beach and staff were professional. The sauna/spa was badly organized and too warm. The dinner was also very badly organized and the food was mid.

Premium Beach Hotel in Golem is truly a gem on the Albanian coastline. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the elegant and modern interior design, especially in the rooms, which were stylish, spacious, and well-maintained. The hotel has a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The service was exceptional—the staff was professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. The beachfront location was another highlight, offering stunning sea views and direct access to a private beach area. Honestly, there was nothing to dislike about my stay. The hotel is well-managed, clean, and offers outstanding service. I can confidently say this is one of the best five-star hotels in the area, and I look forward to returning soon!

Perfect place for relaxing with family by the beach, amazing view ,great food and lovely people. The staff was very supportive and always there to help us. We enjoyed to the maximum. Highly recommend it.

Sherbimi ne pergjithesi ishte shume i mire. Stafi i gatshem per te gjitha kerkesat tona dhe normalisht te gjitha ambientet te benin te ndjeheshe mjaft komod.

Vendi ideal per te kaluar disa dite te qeta me familjaret. Pishina dimerore ishte nje plus per te kaluar momente argetuese edhe pse temperaturat jashte nuk ishin te favorshme.

Qendrimi ishte i kendshem, stafi i mirepergatitur. Vendndodhja ishte teper e mire, dhoma me pamhe fantastike. Ushqimi ishte mjaft i shijshem.

Sherbim teper cilesor. Dhoma ishte e rehatshme, e paster dhe me nje pamje te kendshme nga deti. Me siguri do te rikthehem ne hotel.

Nice Hotel. Great location, staff very friendly and very delicious food. Very big outdoor winter pool and great SPA also. I'll be back for sure ? Thanks for everything
