Pros: Good breakfast, good location just a short 3 minute walk to the beach, good beach club with comfortable sunbeds, clean hotel. Cons: Rooms appear smaller then the stated size online, pool is too cold to use (disappointing for kids), very difficult to sleep given the noise from the nearby highway, curtains don’t block out sunlight so you’ll wake up with the sun, was consistently given towels with clear blood stains for the beach club (4 of the 6 over 2 days!), they ask to rate them highly online, the ratings are way overinflated.

Elegant hotel in a great location, with quick access to the beach. Clean and comfortable room, and delicious breakfast. Staff were very pleasant.

I feel the breakfast menu was unclear. No muesli or porridge. However I managed to like the eggs. Room gets cleaned well. Used to having a duvet and maybe it's albania because the other hotel I booked only gave bedsheets. Didn't realise the views won't be that great.

Near a beach, big rooms I think it was probably because it was off season, but there was rarely ever staff around.

Excellent location, within very easy reach of private beach. Beach great for kids and adults as shallow for a long way out. Breakfast selection good. Family room was an amazing size. We ate evening meal only once 60 euros for 4 of us - it wasn't great and there are lots of restaurants very close where quality is better and cost is cheaper.

The Don Pepe beach club (belongs to the Hotel) is the best in the area, especially fun at night, attracting a lively crowd from the area. The lounge chairs are good, with nice mattress and umbrellas. Need to reserve beforehand or otherwise arrive early. Good showers, bathrooms and bar (drinks only, no food). Hotel is nice, large rooms and bathrooms, quiet, mostly families and couples. Smart TV to connect Netflix, prime, etc. Staff very nice and organized. Parking ok for about 10 cars, otherwise in the street. Back of the hotel faces the speedway, but didn't find it noisy. AC good and working. Breakfast with fried and boiled eggs, tomatos, bread (toaster ok), pastries and fruit. 25 min car to city center (depends a lot on traffic). Breakfast coffee machine needs better coffee :) Shower could use some curtains to avoid wetting the floor. Room didn't have a safe (probably a mistake, but didn't need one anyway). Beach bar could serve light food. However, plenty of nice restaurants near by.

It is a wonderful hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the pool is amazing. My kid's really enjoyed it. The beach is very close and you can use sun beds free of charge which was very nice. The staff are sweet and helpful and even though a lot them don't speak much English they do their best to help you. We would definitely come back. The breakfast could be more variated.

The Staff was very Proffesional & Helpful. Everything was super clean, Rooms were Spacious, Fascilities/Furniture looked new, Breakfast didn't leave anything to wish for. You were greeted with Complimentary Water Bottles in the Room. Mini-Bar was available with various drinks. No Soap/Brush holders on the bathroomsink. It's not a tragedy but surely would be benefitial even for the hotel themselves, to preserve the wooden plate below the sink.
