The windows do not open properly

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is very clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. I especially appreciated the free airport shuttle transfer and the smooth check-in process. The room was spacious, quiet and well equipped. Breakfast had a good variety of food. I also liked complimentary tea, coffee and cakes in the lobby at any time. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Dushanbe!

Excellent breakfast with a good variety of healthy and tasty and savoury. They also serve buffet-style lunch and dinner on the premises which I found to be extremely useful for my stay there.

Friendly, assists when needed, and offers wonderful support with children's needs for space and family values. It’s closer to the airport. If you are new to the taxi system, you need to learn how to get a taxi.

Staff is very, extremely helpful and attentive. The rooms are very comfortable. The location was great for me. Availability of coffee and tea and sweets 24/7 is a bliss. I will certainly stay at Atlas again when back to Dushanbe. The breakfast was great. However, when staying for 14 days, like I did, one gets bored by the same dishes every morning. It's really not a problem, but I'd wish some variety of dishes every now and then.

The breakfast was excellent with good variety and quality. The location was very convenient and well connected. Overall, the stay was comfortable and well managed. There was nothing to dislike during the stay. All facilities and services met expectations. No issues were encountered.

Best service ever, from the pick up on arrival with a brand new EV to the upgraded room and the excellent restaurant and lounge with snacks and hot drinks 24/7, the guys at the reception counter were just beyond amazing making everything work like magic, hats off! I wouldn't go anywhere else on my next trip

Sorry but heater was not working and I have sleep with winter clothes on inside the room temperature was 5-10 degrees Nothing was working due electricity shut down and no generators to run heater

The room was very large and comfortable. Breakfast was good and had a big spread to choose from. Would definitely recommend staying here if on a work or personal trip!

Buffet at night cheap ,not big but good.. free coffee tea and drinks during day. As well as cakes biscuits fruit free. Indoor pool not small. Gave us top sheets etc when asked. English spoken . Did free washing and ironing , 5 pieces a day. Unlimited water to drink .comfortable beds windows open. Helpful good staff.
