Resort at Eagle Point

Great parking. Excellent room condition and cleanliness. we just love staying here!

This is a great property and we would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

The only issue I would report is that there are no windows in the unit we rented (101). That may be typical. It does have an exterior patio overlooking the golf course. There is not screen for the door so it is either open or shut. The room is heated and cooled by an individual unit extending through the wall, very typical of motels. The noise it produces is significant. So during the warm nights, there is no possibility of sleeping with an open window. So the repeated on/off of the hvac disrupted sleep.

The Resort at Eagle Point was such a great place to stay. The units are beautiful & so comfy & clean! We didn’t want to leave!

Clean and newer A little far from town, no pool or hot tub

The property has no “fiber desk”. Just call the # and get room key code. Nice rooms.

I liked the golf course and practice putting green near my unit, Sam at the Talon Grill was very attentive and fun to talk to, room ambience was nice, welcome basket was a nice touch, and bed was very comfortable. The bath tub was a high stepper, maybe a walk-in glass door shower enclosure in the next remodel would be advised.

The Chalets is our favorite spot to stay when we're in the Medford area. It's always nice, clean and we like the driving range.

REACH OUT TO THEM FOR THE LOCKBOX CODE. Horrible experience with my check in because they gave me the wrong code for the lockbox, to get my keycard.And when I was on the phone with support close to midnight , We figured out the I had the wrong code and he gave me the correct one , but the lockbox was not working.. he reset it to the same code and it finally worked. MAKE SURE TO CLOSE THE LOCKBOX AFTER. There's a key in there that can open your door. The note is on the table that says that... if you miss to read it... you're sol 😒

Nothing. Except a greasy looking cook who has been fired from multiple locations for attitude. I was the Executive Chef there from 2008-2012 and worked there as Banquet chef 2020-2022.
