Todo perfecto solo en el baño del cuarto 218 empieza a haber arriba de la puerta moho hongo y es una peligroso.

However, it was the little things that were much less impressive.. like a somewhat dated appearance to the room, scratchy, uncomfortable bed cover, Our stay was a full week long. I noticed a small piece of refuge on the floor in the corridor that remained in the same spot for 3 days (I noticed.). Though we were happy for the amenity of the hot breakfast, the areas around food were not well maintained. People including myself kept requesting items that had run out. Breakfast was over at 10am but at 9:30am, items had run out and areas were messy. The person had to be repeatedly reminded to replenish. At a point, I requested a damp rag to tidy certain areas. Stuff kept running out and guests had to ask & ask & ask. Attentiveness keeps all areas replenished BEFORE they’re empty. The waffle machine seemed to malfunction (the little thingy either got clogged or just broke. People had to ask, stand and wait for the server to give us a ladle to dip out the batter. Area was a mess. Juice machine got turned off before 10am. Attentiveness does a little better at cleaning up spills or keeping areas neat.

The breakfast, is not wotrh the money. There is a smell of humidity in the hotel

Everything was very clean; good service from the staff.

It’s a good location. The parking garage was attached to the hotel and was convenient especially when it was raining. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The staff tried very hard to keep things clean. Everything was old and needs updated. The chairs in our room had split vinyl. The duvet covers were worn and snagged. The shower curtain was old and dingy. The shower had a hole in the wall, which I’m sure had water leaking behind it. The bathroom vanity was falling apart. The room door wouldn’t shut on its own. It had to be forced shut. The price per night did not match the quality.

The toilet seat was broke, the shower water was broke, and the shower curtain rod was broke. These are very obvious things that should’ve been fixed if anybody cared.

Menu should contain vegan option.

Staff seemed overly worked so didn’t care about too much.

Although there are not many dining option close by, food delivery is accepted. The shuttle service runs well and in time. The breakfast buffet is abundant and the restaurant is very clean and spacious. I would highly recommend this stay.

Location, location, location! Everything was great!

Super loud, impossible to get any sleep before a 4 a.m. departure for our flight. Both NYPD and the fire dept were in the building during our less than 12 hour stay. So, not great. Not comfortable. But, they pickedme up after droppng of my rental car and took us back to the airport.

Close to the airport. Very comfortable beds
