The room was nice. But the loud air conditioning unit in the closet combined with the TV that just didn’t work right wrecked the stay. These issues are not new issues. The tv is programmed wrong and won’t shut off. Combined with the loud noise from the locked closet kept us all up all night.

Staff was very pleasant. Confusion at checking in regarding booked cost and no notice of room request made prior to stay. All worked out eventually. Iron had only high heat, nearly ruined clothes. Definitely needs to be replaced. No clock in room.

I liked the fireplace & grill No air conditioning it was broke, there was bugs in the pull out beds & the towels.

Fantastic staff—professional, friendly, and genuine. The hotel is very clean and has everything we need, including internet, TV, a living area, and a kitchenette. The breakfast is wonderful, with a wide variety of options, and I especially appreciated that oat milk is available since I cannot drink regular milk. We also traveled with our dog, and the hotel is very pet-friendly, offering plenty of walking areas as well as a dog station with bags and a designated dog-walking area.

Clean room, though a bit small for a 1 bedroom. There was a nice breakfast in the morning and the pool/gym looked nice, though i didnt use it. Overall great stay!

that it is like a suite - lots of space - while my mom was in bed, I was able to be in the other space to watch tv. bed was extremely comfortable and soft sheets had to get staff to fix tv;
