I think they should consider putting the microwave and the iron and iron board in the rooms as well as the hair dryer,and please give more drinking water not that only 1 bottle

The food did not meet my expectations the Breakfast buffet. However the accommodation was excellent, including the level of cleanliness. The food could have been way better, especially the quality of the food that was prepared for the Buffet Breakfast.

The rooms are very neat ,and most of the stuff are really friendly and professional expecially the kitchen stuff and Noluthando or Luthando was exceptional and the manager or supervisor who was on duty on Wednesday dinner time, she's a tall lady I just forgot her name,can't say the same as the food, I didn't enjoy it ,it wasn't tasty even the lambs chops that I ordered on room service thinking that it was gonna be better than the food by the dinning hall,it was bad and cold ,infact their food is cold even their breakfast except for the eggs,on and there's this particular lady from the reception who called me on my last day of my vacation and told me that I need to check out and I informed her that my flight was in the afternoon ,she told me that she will to charge me per hour and she very impolite,I was then called by a gentleman who told me that it's ohk he will give me up until 12:30 ,that girl really spoiled my day, then there's the Casino,I played everyday since I arrived,but I was going back to my room empty handed.no win up until my last day on Saturday,it's difficult to get a free play and if you get it luckily...it will not pay? either than that I really enjoyed my stay,I felt very safe in my room and the room was up to standard and very neat wish the was a heater and that the cleaning ladies can lower down the noise in the corridor as some of us are still sleeping in the mornings,thank you for accommodating me in the Eastern Cape I've explained every read above

I wish you can have a variety. Almost all the hotels serve the same food. Sometimes it can be boring. The couch in our room is torn! Please try to balance everything. Your hotel is an upmarket accommodation, one doesn't expect to see old unkempt furniture. The bath didn't have a bath stopper!??
