The place is very beautiful and quiet, and this was not my first stay. Some of the staff was not so welcoming though. But there's 2 that were very very good to me and I appreciate them. One is a guy who helped with my change, the second one is the person who brought us breakfast which I almost payed double for. The quietness and peace.

The staff wasn't friendly at all, didn't even tell us about any of the facilities the hotel had to offer. The hotel should be more explicit about the views to the lagoon, we couldn't see it at all. The room was abit study, there were no windows in the bathroom and the extractor fan didn't seem to be working
-
The room was not very clean, broken glass found

Good There was no shower cap, only an empty box laying there. There were no bathing towels in the bathroom. I had to ask for towels.

I honestly did not like anything about this place. The rooms are dilapidated, old and not in a good condition, no towels in the rooms, bed was hard like a rock oh, and let's not forget the cockroaches. we were welcomed by them when we just stepped into our room. The noise from the other guests staying next to us was horrendous, we could even hear them breath. The noise from outside was also uncalled for, guests running and screaming around the property made it very difficult to sleep as we had a race and a long drive back to Johannesburg the next day.
