The friendliness of the staff members. We checked in during the evening and they were not moody and when went for breakfast the beautiful energy was still the same! The place is well kept, clean from outside to your room! Amazing! I really don't like showers that don't have doors and this was the case. However, the the nonexistence of the door makes sense when you look at the esthetic of the bathroom so I'm not totally mad for the wet floors after the showers.

Rooms and bathrooms were perfect for my needs, clean and nicely designed. Breakfast was adequate and nicely served. I had enough time to use the wellness and fitness. Your staff were very pleasant. I was very pleased with my stay. N/a

The pool and the dining area the manager allocated to us, it was perfect. Also the yard is spectacular and kept very neat. It’s beautiful and picture perfect Nothing much except for the huge ants. The rooms though were a different story: two of our three smelled of mould, even the pillows. The carpet dis not smell fresh and it was stained. We have allergies and they were heightened by the mouldy rooms.

Very big and comfortable beds, rooms were clean, we had hairdriers, bar fridge and a microwaves in our rooms. We were provided with an extra small bed for the child. Breakfast, their eggs were overly fried even the boiled eggs were overly boiled. The menu for breakfast was the same everyday
