Newer hotel along the River. Quiet, spacious rooms, great breakfast selections, ample free parking. I’ll definitely return next time I’m in the Quad Cities!

They were out of blankets and pillows for the pullout couch so we couldnt use it. Had a leak in the toilet. Called then and they stated no one had time to fix it. The toilet barely flushed. Called and they didnt have someone to look at it. Had to call for them to remove trash from the hall. Kids ran thru the halls all night, Called they would try to control it. They didnt. Our entire floor smelled like pot. They said, oh, well, nothing we can do.

Very clean room & excellent breakfast.

And if you’re allergic to down, good luck getting pillows…they actually put pillowcases on throw cushions and wondered why we were not happy with that! Overall, this just wasn’t a Hyatt experience
-
The only issue was the way to get to the hotel is a bit confusing and plus they are repairing all streets around to get there, but is worthy once you arrive.

Loved the River Room and the breakfast gave us good options. The room was spacious but expensive.

The hotel was beautiful, well maintained, great staff, and right next to the Mississippi River. What more could you want? When you stay, be sure to check out the 9th floor bar at the end of the west wing. Absolutely gorgeous view!
