Staff was respectful, helpful and polite. Check in and checkout was easy. Room was very clean, spacious. Good area close to Atlanta but away from heavy traffic and city life. I definitely would recommend home 2 suite to friends and family and will return when I come back to Georgia

Bed cover had stains all over it with human bodily fuilds all over the sheets. Ask for it to be changed and was not granted that. Was never asked if I wanted another room. The covers also had bedbug residue on it. Management was not ignorant but was also not helpful.

Home2Suites are always my go to whenever I book a Hotel and this stay was super as expected. I did have a misunderstanding about my checkout when I told the front desk rep I was checking out early and gave her my room keys, she asked for my room number and said okay Mrs.Harris your all checked out. I called for my email that she said I would receive another rep told me I was still checked in the room so I had to call the third party to get a resolution. I thought that I made it clear that I was leaving due to an emergency and my check out was completed before I left the Hotel.

I like the kitchenette...but I did not like the bed because it was wobbly like it was broke.

The hotel was very clean, beautiful, and comfortable. Parking was included, which was very convenient. We only stayed for one night, but we enjoyed it so much that we wished we could have stayed longer. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean. The staff and the General Manager (Key) were terrible. My suite was not ready upon arrival 5:30 pm. I was down graded to a standard room for two days. The general manager Keyanna and her staff backed each other on a lie. The breakfast was terrible. This location is not good.

They charged me without staying, they never wanted to open the door for me because I was a few minutes late

I had two problems with hotel I accidentally booked wrong date 8/5 it should been 8/7 Friday I asked for refund or credit for correct date . So I paid double nights . Secondly I experienced in room 205 air conditioner did not work . Two hours later after making complaints my room was changed 203 .. I was ok with that . Seems like for my trouble I should been reimbursed or reduced payment for lost of hotel comfort and accidentally booking. That would be appreciated Property itself beautiful

We enjoyed our stay and we loved the heated pool! Our room was spacious and clean. We wish the bed was comfortable, the mattress was very firm.
