Hotel has parking security overnight, which is helpful, but gives you an idea why. Hotel is ok. Breakfast was really good,

Liked shuttle service to airport.

I did have ants climbing out of the bathtub drain in my room on the third floor. That seemed abnormal to me.

Lobby under renovation but service was great and room was very clean. Very close to airport for our canceled flight so that made it an even nicer option. Shuttle service runs every 30 minutes.

The only issue was the toilet was broke in our room, and they switched our room right away. The staff there was very pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and it was a wonderful place to stay.

An older hotel but clean and close to the airport and that’s exactly what I needed.

The breakfast tasted like and look like something your mom would make for you. The place and the staff was equally as awesome.

I expected more as we already stayed other Holidays Inn in downtown Atlanta: when comparing both hotels, here is what to improve: breakfast (variety and silverware) cleanliness controls and staff skills. Free parking was a great plus. Overall was a fair pricing and the location proximity to the airport is a key factor.

Breakfast was always hot and fresh every morning. Staff was very helpful in answering our questions and supplying our needs. Housekeeping doesn't just change out the towels and take out the trash, they clean the room thoroughly!

Good Breakfast variety

This place exceeded my expectations! The checkin was easy and the front desk ladies were both super friendly! The room was clean. The ac was COLD (which for me is a huge plus)! The bed was comfy! Breakfast was off the charts good and the breakfast attendant was one of the kindest people we met on our whole trip. She made sure to say good morning to both of my kiddos. This was the second hotel we stayed at during our trip since we were traveling to two dofferent parts of the state and it was so good my husband told me if we ever visited Atlanta again we were staying there and he'd just deal with the drive to whereever we were going. 10/10 would recommend.

Water went out which is not on the hotel but i wasn’t compensated for it at all and the hotel was dirty it just felt gross
