Great hotel

The hotel is conveniently located close to the freeway and nearby to restaurants/fast food places, yet far away from road noise. The room was clean and spacious. The bed comfortable. The breakfast was adequate.

Elevators smelled bad

The hotel was on! Neither Expedia or the hotel could or would help me with a mix up on our room which in the end cost me 400,00 had to get a extra room

The best part of the trip is the staff. So helpful! I know Paola helped me at checkout, and I think the gentleman’s name when checking in was Jerry. My only non 5-star rating was a stinky elevator, but I think that’s more of a stinky guest problem!

Great hotel. The only reason I didn't do 5 stars was because we kept getting noise complaints but it was just use walking around. We could as well hear thudding from the floor above. There was nothing we could do about it. The pool area was very nice. There is a grill hooked up to a propane line for guest to use which is awesome! The room we had included a dishwasher, microwave, full fridge, and toaster. Check out sunset Lookout for an amazing scenic view.

Nice hotel. Parking lot small. Close multiple restaurants.

We stated over on the 4th. So we could take my grandson to the Acquarium, and to see my son over in Hixon. The bathroom was very clean, beds were great. The pillows kinda was my only bad thing

This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had! The front desk worker was so sweet and helpful, the room was clean, the property was fantastic. Cannot recommend this enough!!
