Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dewitt (Syracuse) by IHG

Spotless, very spacious and bright. Staff was very friendly. We were just passing through Syracuse but didn’t seem like it was close to much.

This is a nice hotel overall. Seems newer or recently renovated. Our room was good sized, clean and updated with a lot of nice amenities like a fridge and a microwave. The free breakfast was okay (nice offerings but mediocre quality). It was convenient to what we needed to do for student (SU) drop off. We had 2 minor issues. The sink didn’t drain very well. There was also no way to tip housekeeping electronically which is an issue for those of us who don’t carry cash. Similar issue when we tried to use laundry facility and needed to use quarters. I think we would probably stay again in the future.

Excellent breakfast, staff were friendly & helpful, easy access to shopping, restaurants, & university. Tv didn’t work well, cleaning supplies and chords left out in hallway for guests to walk around, room smelled a little musty, and AC inconsistent.

We loved our double bed suite room. The sofa section created distance between beds and bathroom. Really enjoyed the white light lamp over the reading chair (with is own table) The mattresses and pillows were very comfy and the thermostat worked. Clean bathroom too. We will book this hotel again. Breakfast was standard, except there was a pancake machine instead of a waffle maker. It is nice they provide water, coffee, and tea all the time.

We've had the best experience ever. From our arrival Cindy did a great job checking us up. The room was clean and comfortable. The housekeeping team is great. The lady in the breakfast room is extraordinary. The location is just perfect surrounded by shopping malls and restaurants. Definitely Brandon and his team will give you a beautiful customer service experience. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back soon. Thank you!

The room’s view was limited and obstructed. It was blocked by the hotel’s marque. The GM informed me that was room provided for Expedia booking.

It was nice and quiet! Not hearing planes overhead or traffic was great The A/C in our room rattled all night, it kept waking me up when it was cycling

The stay here was wonderful! The staff were nice and welcoming. The only thing that I did not like was that the room was not ready by the time it was 3pm. Other than that, I would recommend staying here!

Moved here on short notice after a dreadful experience nearby. This hotel calmed and pleased me with its total competence.

Huge room. Comfy beds Had to wait until almost 4pm to get into a room due to sold out hotel night before and rooms not ready at 3pm.

Felt it was too far from university where we visited. And we had a problem with key card working and had to continuously return to lobby for help. Keycards that worked
