It certainly is a Grand hotel with a great deal of history and historic pictures. The staff is friendly and very helpful. There's a salt water pool and gym. Perfect location...

The bed was comfortable Bathroom water heater is a problem, you have to allow buckets of water to waste before experiencing warm water. No breakfast, no water. Cleaners don’t change replenishable items like tissues when they come to clean, unless you call them.

Location to Crayola Factory Free parking Comfy beds Our Queen Suite was not clean when we arrived nor was it cleaned and refreshed during our stay. Very disappointed because we’ve always loved staying here and recommended to our friends.

This hotel is our "go to" place when in Easton. Wonderful staff and comfortable rooms. Perfect location for enjoying the many dining options in that town.

Just unpleasant check in and check out.

The good: the suite is huge! Plenty of room to entertain and a large balcony. The location on Northampton Street is great and within walking distance of many restaurants, bars and the Crayola factory. The supplied shampoo, conditioner and body wash were very nice and the water pressure in the shower was great. Also the bed was very comfortable. The bad: the kitchen floor are needing repair. They do have a sign about it but there is a screw sticking up and you could cut your foot on it if not careful. There are no USB ports in any rooms and half the lights don’t work. There are no hooks near the shower to hang your towel and the refrigerator does not make ice- you need to go to the ground floor to get ice. Balcony and table and chairs are filthy and the whole suite could use a design makeover.

All nice and in the fitness area there was a ping pong table.

The room was clean and the pool was a nice feature. The spa bath was also nice and worked well. The room was very small and we could barely fit the cot we needed for our son. The remote control for the TV stopped working (batteries died). There was no coffee/breakfast except for one coffee cup packet in the room. There was no drinking water available.

Very cute hotel in a historic building! Centrally located in Easton with access to shops, restaurants, and venues. I will definitely come back here over a large corporate hotel.
