Another smaller issue: have the breakfast last a bit longer! On a Monday to end at 9 is silly. I realize you may be appealing to business travelers, but not all of them have to be at an office at 9 and may appreciate being able to have breakfast at the hotel a bit later - 10?

After fleeing an uncomfortable hotel in Eaton and losing $ on it, this was refuge we needed. Kevin at desk was awesome. Although hotels.com said they were out of the room I wanted, Kevin said we have it. I know hotels are pricey for most but this was worth it. Quiet, clean, friendly, helpful. Pool was good for the baseball buddies to unwind. They were able to hook up their streaming subscriptions to tv too. Just a great time if only for a night. When in Eaton go here. Its worth the extra 100

Negatives - if you are a light sleeper, there is constant noise from the adjacent highway and the breakfast area could use a little TLC.

Breakfast is limited and I had some weird nasty sausage, couldn't eat it. Hot Tub was broken. However It was good for what we needed.

I was directed to another hotel because of a problem with some of the rooms here. The other hotel had not been notified that I was coming, and checking in there was a thirty-minute hassle. Mistakes happen, but the management of this facility may leave something to be desired.

The staff were very nice. The rooms were clean and loved the free breakfast.

The staff at the desk was actually very pleasant. I made my reservation through a third party, Expedia and did not use my Marriott Bonvoy account so they did not honor my request. I paid for a king size Suite with a walk-in shower, I did not get it. The front desk person was polite, but said since I made it through a third party they don't always honor it and she told me there were no rooms with king size beds or walk-in showers available. The shampoo and body wash were the exact same. I thought I was putting shampoo in my hair it was body wash, my hair came out looking like a Brillo pad. The room was somewhat clean but definitely dated. I used Lysol wipes on the chair and kitchen table and they came off black after I wiped them down. There was a dead bug in the corner of the bathroom. The breakfast was very disappointing. There were no waffles available, no gluten-free options, only Frosted Flakes or Corn Pops for cereal. They did had liquid eggs, bacon bagels and prepackaged banana muffins. No fresh fruit, apparently the waffle mix was either out or the waffle maker was broken. They did have plain Chobani yogurt in the refrigerator case. If you are looking for a quick place to crash and, are not hung up on it being super clean or updated you will be okay with this facility. The lobby and the elevator had a lot of pool water on the floors from several kids running in and out of the pool, rather than mop it up, they just put a sign out that cautioned wet floor.

Was there for a week on vacation with my family. First day at check in I found out that the pool and hot tub were out of commission so I did get upset because we were looking forward to it . Staff was cool property a lil shady but it was cool .

Staff very friendly. Room could have been a little more updated. Seemed old. Definitely needed extra towels. Room wasn’t cleaned daily.

All staff had great customer service and very welcoming.

Everything was clean and a quiet place to stay. Love it!! Would highly recommend 💯

Staff was good

Stayed here previously with no issues. Last trip hotel seemed more run down and new gentleman at front desk was not helpful or very friendly. We checked out and moved to the Home2Suites.

Clean rooms and common areas great pool and hot tub and excellent staff will definitely be back again my kids loved it.
