The room was very clean. Pool area was very well maintained . Breakfast was very nice but no orange juice. Television had picture but no sound. Came in the day we were leaving and replaced the black box. Worked then but we were leaving so grandkids weren’t entertained . Out of orange juice at breakfast and no one around to ask for more.

Breakfast was kind of bleak. Stay was fine, good for what I needed. Small details but the imperfections make it not feel top notch. Paint marks on walls that are noticeable whether it’s on the ceiling in the bathroom or patches on the wall being covered up

The big problem with this property is that it doesn't have an elevator. If you book this place, make sure that you are on the first floor.

The woman working with the shoulder length blonde hair and glasses was very friendly. The body wash container in the shower was completely empty. There was a piece missing from the toilet. The carpet was sticky. There were children running up and down the halls until late. Our neighbor finally complained. Staff should have taken care of this immediately. Nobody needed to report it. There is no way staff did not hear this.

Water fountain in the pool area was rusted, with blue stains underneath it. Bugs floating in the hot tub.

If water would have worked it would have been fine for what we needed (at a music festival all weekend) however this looks like a persistent issue until they drill deeper into the nitrate filled well. WOULD NOT recommend staying here for a busy weekend in Eau Claire.

Door wouldn't lock, hotel lost water off and on for 3 days, dirty hallways, sheets that wouldn't stay on. Light switches didn't work.

It was clean and excusable for a handicapped person. The one thing i would change is the toilet which is difficult for a handicapped person capped person.

The pool. Everything else. Poor staff. Water wasnt working. And one staff member specifically was rude.

Clean Broken toilet, drippy shower, broken towel bar, wet humid room, light switches didn’t work, garbage left in hallway 3 days

Room.was big and bed was comfy! One of the workers was kinda rude when I checked in an hour early. Not realizing I was early until that very moment. And then proceeded to blame my bf for the smoke alarms going off because someone was smoking weed in their room and he went out to investigate and smoke a cigarette outside.

Room was disgusting, broken towel racks & toilet seat. Toilet also not bolted to the floor. The room was overall not clean & hasn’t been cleaned in quite some time from the spider webs & caked on dirt/mold/dust. Shower curtain was moldy and barely fit in the tub to not flood the bathroom. Staff was rude about towels & DoorDash pickup. Only two outlets worked. Pool was moldy, not clean/kept up & had a huge centipede in the pool.
