Quality Inn & Suites Eau Claire University Area

The pool door is disgusting - needs a serious scrubbing or better yet, a new door. Windows in the pool room either broken or cracked. Pool needs to be painted. The drain cover on the pool deck was not screwed in at all. The chemicals in the pool and hot tub water were good. The pool area was clean ( just not the door). The room was clean. I am the one that checks for hair in the bathroom, checks the refrigerator and drawers. Great job, housekeepers! The outside of the building needs to be maintained. Trim some bushes, pull weeds. I would not choose to go back here.

The breakfast was nice. The room was dirty as well as we found the sheets dirty with actual dirt while leaving. It smelled of cigarettes the whole time we stayed as well as the ac did not work super great.

Heat lamp was completely shattered. Dust and garbage behind the TV. I looked because I couldn't get the TV to work. Shower drain is clogged

Location to interstate. The room. Smelled when we entered and the bathroom’s tub/shower had black ring around it and wall of it also was full of soap scum and dirt. Beds looked like pullout couch mattresses. We ended up leaving. It was too sketchy.

Nothing The room smelled. Not tobacco so not sure what it was... Towels are very low quality. Microwave was broken, but they replaced it. Breakfast very low quality. We stayed 5 nights. Not once was our room cleaned despite the sign that said room would be cleaned at 3 days without us requesting it. I went to desk at day 4 and was firm when I said that we wanted our room cleaned with new towels. Also said we'd be gone all day so there was plenty of time to clean our room. Arrived back at 10pm only to find that once again no clean towels and room not cleaned.... i went too front desk and discussed. I was told that they were full and priority was to get checked out rooms turned over for new guests! While apologetic it definitely wasn't the response to guests that have been there 5 days! I was given clean towels. We have family that live in the area and we stay close by, but I can at that we DEFINITELY will not stay there again. Also, we are Choice members and have stayed at many Quality Inns in the past. This one is a NO.

My room had sheets and blankets that where torn my pillow had a wad of hair on it and the sheets where not clean the table had a big burn mark on it and thr bathroom was way small and our microwave was dirty was not happy at all

The room/bedding was dirty and damp and smelled unpleasant, and the bathroom sink was very slow to drain. I reserved a room with two queen beds, but there was only one. We left after 20 mins and just drove home. Front desk staff was nice, though.

The hotel is run down the rooms smelled like smoke the pool and hot were tiny the breakfast was terrible the security doors didn't shut the bathrooms were gross. The only good part about this hotel was the staff. Also rooms were not ready when they were supposed to be. Will never stay here again. For this quality hotel the rooms should be no more than 50 dollars a night.

Friendly staff at front desk The room was very damp and smelled terrible, the price for the room was far beyond what it should have been. Due to the festivals going on in the area it was the only available room in the city. Not my first choice but it served it's purpose. At best this should have been less than $100.00 a night.

Had to move to a different room due to the A/C not working. Staff was very cooperative in giving us a different room.

Older property but quiet and extremely comfortable beds.

Location was convenient Noisy children running up and down hallways until 10pm. No elevator. A bit rundown. Check in was slow and cumbersome.
