Located in Ebbs, right in the center of the Kaisergebirge Nature Reserve, Hotel Unterwirt features a roof terrace, a bar with an open fireplace, and a sauna. Free WiFi is available in public areas. The cuisine is focused on homemade and organic products, and guests can order special diet menus. á la carte restaurant opening times: Thursday to Saturday: 12 noon - 2 p.m., 5.30 p.m. - 9.30 p.m. Wednesday (from July 2021): 5.30 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. Sunday: 12 p.m. - 9 p.m. 2 large ski areas, the Zahmer Kaiser Ski Resort and the Wilder Kaiser-Brixental Ski Resort, can be reached within a 20-minute drive. A ski bus stops directly in front of the house. The hotel features a playground and a ski storage room. Wooden furniture, satellite TV, and a seating area are standard in every room. Breakfast can be served in the rooms. Shops can be found 164 feet away from the Unterwirt Hotel. The Halloo Du Recreational Park, with a sauna and pool area and bowling facilities, is just a 4-minute walk away. Free parking is provided on site.

Clean, well-equipped, built with love and good taste even in the small details. I loved the familiar, cozy atmosphere and appreciated how helpful and nice the entire staff was. Case in point: I accidentally left my Kindle in the room, and could retrieve it effortlessly when I visited the hotel a second time - after years of travelling, I don't take this for granted :) We'll be back!

Very fine dining in the restaurant with exquisite food from the in-house chef. Beautiful rear garden. It’s pricey but worth the money.

Since I already criticized the check-in process, I have to add that there was another person at the reception during check-out who was very pleasant and explained everything we wanted to know. My entire stay was inconvenienced by the check-in process. I paid for my stay in advance through Booking.com, so I don't understand why I had to present a credit card at check-in. I use a credit card app on my mobile phone and only carry debit cards. Why can't you include the term "payment cards" (insted of "credit cards") in your business terms and conditions, along with a list of accepted payment card service providers (VISA, MasterCard, etc.)? Additionally, the receptionist spoke very quickly and was unable to explain things clearly.

This was not our first stay, so our return visit made us feel like we were with old friends. We like the way we are treated at all times. The restaurant has a really nice, warm feeling. We like the quiet rooms.

Beautiful hotel in small town Ebbs! There are no words to describe how nice and lovely is this hotel. And best of all is family that runs hotel! Such a nice family that we felt like home. Room, backyard, food , servise… everything was so beautiful that we are already planing to come back. Big regards to Kat and her mother from Split!

Beautiful building, well maintained. Large rooms for this smaller establishment, great beds, great shower. Food was excellent, tasty. Breakfast buffet had all sorts of local products, including fresh bread and rolls, cheeses and cold cuts, yoghurt, jam, etc. Lovely garden and set up. When arriving we were given our keys to the two rooms, but without a friendly welcome that we had expected. Perhaps she had a bad day, everyone else was very nice and helpful.

What a beautiful place, full of art and great design! Also the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was perfect. I would really recommend it.
