We enjoyed our stay, but the farm smell was a bit disappointing.

The apartment was very spacious with a lovely view. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you might need for cooking, which was a big plus. However, the building itself is quite old, and every morning there was an unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen area. There was no free towel change, no soap and no service was provided, even though it was advertised as a hotel.

The room is heated by in-floor heating which works fine, but it was off when we arrived and it took around 36 hours for the apartment to warm up. Also the apartment is located roughly above the ground floor kitchen and somehow when the kitchen is working, between noon and around 9pm there is a very strong kitchen smell inside the apartment and mainly in the bathroom. After the kitchen closes and the house is ventilated, smell almost goes away.

Great stuff,very clean and very convenient position The apartment would benefit from a washing machine.

We stayed in the apartment Pomolo 1 which was nice, clean and spacious. It had all the facilities we needed. The location is easy to find and is a good base for activities in he area. We really enjoyed our stay The entrance is a rest/smoking area of the kitchen staff and we often had to go through smoke while entering the building. Also the kitchen door was constantly open and the whole walkway was smelling food (good one) which made us constantly hungry :-)

The location is great, the views from the hotel is beautiful. The room had all the facilities needed for our stay. Elizabeth the owner wasn't very welcoming, she gave a cold vibe. We always needed to look for her to ask questions or get items (phone or Whatsapp would be helpful). They charged us for extra towels, without warning us.

It was on a way to Kaprun from Hallstatt. We booked for 1night. It was clean and comfy. I was suprised about breakfast buffet. We were the last room and there was no refill: no scrumbled egg, no eggs. We asked for more cruasans - gave 1. It was not a pleasent experience
