Very nice comfy bed/pillows

E were only there one night. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. However out TV did not work.

The room is clean.

Clean room, nice staff. Safe neighborhood. Convenient location and my room even had a small balcony. The only thing I disliked was the ice machines on every single floor was not working and there was no signs that they were out of order.

Breakfast was a disappointment wouldn’t recommend

Our king room was a little cramped & the tv was hard to view from the bed because of where it was situated. Breakfast was good.

Quiet, clean and was a great stay!

Hotel common areas were clean. Room and hallways were clean. The bed was very comfortable. Front desk staff needs more training in customer service. When we arrived, they were annoyed we interrupted their conversation. The room wasn't ready at 3pm like advertised. Another room was offered in exchange after several eye rolls. We were told without asking atleast 3 times the hotel was booked solid for the night.

The lady at the front desk when we checked in was amazing. However, we stayed four nights and after the second night, we asked for our room to be cleaned and after we came back to our room the next day, it wasn’t cleaned. We then talked to someone about it and he apologized and gave us towels, sheets to change ourselves. He said he’d have the room cleaned the next day. Well, that didn’t happen either. So four days and nobody touched our room. Breakfast was ok. Decent selection although the yogurt was outdated. Pool was nice. Liked the patio area even though we didn’t get a chance to use it. Liked the location.

The stay here was pretty decent for the price. The lady at the front desk was nice but she seemed kind of flustered during the check in process, as I had booked two rooms under my name. The room was comfortable and clean, if a bit small. Breakfast was included, the waffles were delicious but their potatoes could use a bit more flavor and cook time.

Outside Hotel appearance very poor Elevator out of service - staff did not state this Overall room was clean but mirrors were disgustingly dirty/ smeared Poor lighting Tv stopped working For the price was ok- you get what you pay for
