Comfort Inn & Suites Eden Prairie - Minneapolis Southwest

TV remote wasn’t working, went to front desk and they gave me a second one and replaced the battery in the original. Between both we made the tv work. Some channels were awful. Breakfast was really good. Parking was ok. Nice to have no noise in the hallway during the night, was quiet all night. Overall a good stay.

Hotel was clean and our room was clean and spacious. There was a slow drip in bathtub and the toilet seemed to sit low. The ice machine was hard to find. I think there was only 1 in the hotel and it wasn’t working at the time. Nice size pool and pool area and courtyard. Would definitely stay there again

We were off to a great stay as we were greeted by a friendly woman at check-in, so sorry I don't remember her name. We stayed for a week and we were given a suite which was a super nice surprise. The bed was a king and extra comfy with fluffy pillows. The living room was very comfortable with a couch, 2 chairs, tables and footstool. There was a desk with a desk chair and a little mini kitchen area with microwave and refrigerator. There was a patio off the living room with chairs and a table that looked to the park-like courtyard. The bath was renovated and stocked with bath toiletries. The room had a nice clean smell. Never heard anyone next door or upstairs so that was a plus. On-site laundry and indoor pool. Hot and cold breakfast items are available every morning. We are definitely going to stay here when we are in the area again.

Our stay was great from the minute we checked in. Room was very clean, it was quiet. Breakfast was very good, hot and fresh. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I would DEFINITELY stay there again.

This place used to be the Sonesta and the name change has caused mass confusion. Had to give the Uber driver the street address to be able to get there as Comfort Inn & suites doesn't appear on Uber/Maps/etc.

In addition, the remote was sticky. I understood that I was booking a very basic overnight stay, but I expected more from this chain.

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Air-conditioning was good and room. Got nice and cool for sleep. Easy on and off the expressway and lots of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay and we’ll stay there again when we go to the cities.

The refrigerator in room did not work. There was a water leak by the air conditioner and the carpet was all wet. Would not stay here again.

A great experience. Everything was clean and comfortable. All the staff were super nice and the morning breakfast was excellent. A great value for the price

Both managers on duty were polite, courteous and helpful. The property was clean, we even observed a manager cleaning up the parking lot one morning. It was extremely busy with many families staying for sports tournaments and they were able to keep up on keeping breakfast stocked and the pool area clean. I enjoyed the courtyard and it was well maintained. We would definitely stay here again for the price paid.

The room was clean and comfortable & the staff was good. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. The omelets tasted like rubber, the bacon was greasy and super thinly sliced. No fresh fruit. Nothing heathy to eat. Also, the breakfast didn’t open until 7:00 am.
