Breakfast great. Printer in the office for guests didn't work. Gym was just enough.

We stayed for the weekend and the staff was very helpful and professional during check-in and check-out. The only small complaint i had was that almost all the machines in the gym were out of order ): other than that our stay was amazing! Highly recommend!

The hotel is very clean and located in a great area, with excellent restaurants and shopping options nearby. The city views are beautiful, and the location makes it convenient to explore the surrounding area. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Breakfast it’s not so good and expensive better for you to go out and get outside the hotel, parking is ok wish it could been free since your staying or guest at the hotel . A lot of amenities are not good cabinets are keep opening toilet sit are shaking the room is next to the road where you can hear all the car outside

No clear communication on fees. Also was charged for breakfast when it was never stated that it was included or not at check in.

The receptionist ruined our experience for us. She was scheduled 07/27/26 for the morning shift. Besides being rude and unfriendly. She is very unprofessional and I am very surprised that someone with such a nasty attitude is working in a hospitality focused field. Lesson number 1: do not tell your guests “did you bother to even ask?” Especially when a guest is providing a concern they had towards the ending of their experience. Heres a tip: if you didn’t speed up the check in process maybe all information and questions would have been answered and provided properly. Second: When you or your staff member makes a mistake you apologize THEN try to find a solution. You do not shrug your shoulders and tell the guest nothing.

Loved how clean and cozy the property is. The location is perfect.

Breakfast was awesome! Great menu choices! We also enjoyed meal selection of the Bistro!
