Workers were so friendly, everything was clean, breakfast was amazing. Highly recommended.

My granddaughters enjoyed the pool, even had it all to themselves. The room was fresh, clean, roomy, and very comfortable. Let's not forget the blackout blinds... BONUS! We've decided we will return next year!

In July, the pool should be fully operational. After a long day riding only to get a hotel "with a pool" and find out it is NOT operational, was a great disappointment. They DID redeem themselves with the jetted tub in the room. It was big enough for two and the water got so hot, it was sublime. Would have liked to have parked my bike under the awning. I've never had a hotel anywhere tell me I could not (so that was disappointing) but not enough to make a big deal about it. The bed was super comfortable and the room was clean. As serviceable a shower as I've ever seen.

The overall stay was outstanding! I do have one concern though. The tub has zero grab bars and with the water conditioning being used the tub is slippery and can be dangerous

The room was very nice and met all our needs. The breakfast had great options, especially for someone like me who needs to be gluten free—oatmeal packets, choice of fresh fruits, and a toaster to toast the gf bread I always bring with me.

Spacious room at a reasonable price. Kind and supportive staff. Dehumidifier of HVAC was not up to the job, resulting at times in a moldy smell.

My room had the Jacuzzi tub.. I specifically came here for that.... The only thing I'll complain about is the doors to the room..or maybe only my room didn't have a controlled close...many times I left the room expecting it to close silently on its own .and it was a loud slam....and I had forgotten several times.. I'm not used to hotel doors not closing with a controller... I unintentionally must have aggravated someone many times.. Other than that the bed was very comfortable...close to some nice stores.. walking distance... restaurants...and right off the interstate..so I'd stay here again.. Just not the same room

Great hotel! It’s either a new hotel or it was recently renovated (I forgot to ask), but everything was well maintained inside and outside. Our room looked new and was very clean. Very comfortable beds and the water pressure for showering was outstanding! Breakfast was good! Hot eggs, sausage patties and links. A variety of breads, pastries and cereals. Great location to the outlet shops with plenty of choices of restaurants. A wonderful stay in Edinburgh!

If you're simply looking for a safe, comfortable, good night's sleep, this is the place! Most comfortable beds and bedding, quality air conditioning and sound proof walls. Decent breakfast, skip the pool, enjoy the exercise room. Friendly staff, easy in and out off interstate. Plenty dining options nearby.

Stayed three nights. No issues. Clean comfortable bed. Good experience.

We stayed for baseball. The staff were friendly and the pool was great for the boys.

We have stayed many times, it's a 2.50 to 3 star hotel. Very GOOD stay for the money. We'll be back in 3 or 4 days.

We were traveling from Illinois on the way to Bonnaroo music festival in Tennessee, pulling our RV. It was a wonderful stop, and my son used the pool, The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast had a nice selection and very tasty. When we went out to the RV, we found that the battery was drained and we needed a jump. Mike, the maintenance guy, was awesome! The staff goes over and above there! When traveling through we will definitely stay there again!

The staff was the friendliest we have ever had anywhere! Also, the breakfast was great. We also appreciated the complimentary lemon ice water in the lobby. A very nice touch. My only complaint was that the door to our room squeaked every time it was opened or closed. You might try some W-D 40.

We love the hotel, it's half way between my parents who live in TN and myself in WI. We've met here several times. The manager is absolutely amazing. She however, had some newbies that just weren't great. I had to continuously ask for toilet paper and trash to be taken. They never cleaned which we found out was a policy from Covid. We will ask in the future. It would have been nice to at least have new toilet paper and trash removed each day.

Room and hotel were clean. Pool is nice and spacious.

The staff was wonderful! The breakfast was just what I needed. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfy. Highly recommend staying here—especially if you’re a shopper, because it’s right next to their premier outlet mall.
