Club Wyndham Ocean Ridge

The two bedroom unit was comfortably furnished, clean, well appointed with extras, linens and good quality towels. The staff was welcoming and helpful. No hard recruitment pitch for timeshare membership. The complex provides several pools, free mini golf; a great place to take your family. There are multiple beach accesses around the point the Wyndham resort sits on. There are no screens on the doors or windows. When the doors and windows are open there is a nice cross breeze, but bugs prevent this happening more often than not. Also there is no overhead fan in the second bedroom, just the larger room.

Nice condo and amenities

The room was clean and spacious for 2 people. Loved renting bikes and riding the paths the island has. It's NICE & QUIET. If you're looking for alot of action you need to go somewhere else. It's a layed back family beach. Hope it can stay that way. FYI...... their is a sale pitch for the time share buy in. JUST SAY NO!

The fact that it was so far away from civilization but I also loved that too

Nothing I received a text just hours before arriving at the resort that my reservation was canceled due to an overbooking and that there was no room available for my party. In a subsequent conversation I was promised a 15% refund due to the cancellation and the need to drive to a different location and a smaller room.

The view from the balcony was exceptional dolphin swam by daily. The staff at the resort café were rude and very short with us when we tried to visit.

Stairs. Did not realize we would be on the 3rd floor. My friend has heart problems, so we had to take the stairs extra carefully. Also, we felt pressured at check-in to make an appt for a sales pitch. Also, room was not ready until after 5:00 pm

Loved how close we were to the river/bay and the beach. The property was clean and included everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I did not enjoy the push to attend the timeshare presentation. I said no multiple times but they were persistent to the point of annoyance. Also wish the rooms included smart TVs.

This is a stay that you are recruited to listen to timeshare sales.

Conveniently located close to golf course and restaurant. Interior walls were thin. I could easily hear my neighbors.

Nice location staff was ok but check in process was a little silly. Didn't really make sense. I also asked for a 1 hour early arrival and would not accommodate. I had to get ready for a wedding at a gas station because they wouldn't budge an hour on check in. Accommodations nice but not sure if I would stay again. The pools at all locations should be heated as we are in sc and it does get cold. Made no sense to have only 1 available throughout all communities. Be more understanding. Price was a little much as well not a lot of bang for your buck.

Very professional staff with fantastic customer service. Always provided prompt responses to all questions and requests, which was greatly appreciated. The house was impeccable and in a great location. My family and I will definitely be back again when the weather is nicer. Thanks for a memorable trip!

The kitchen cabinet doors were dirty and chipped...they need a good cleaning and paint. The drawers were loose and felt like they were coming off the rails. Otherwise the unit was great.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Felt very welcomed and safe. Such a beautiful place to wind down and relax.

I would have loved to give this room all high scores. The room was outstanding, the staff was friendly. I asked for a handicap accessible room and it was. The elevator did not work and we were given a third floor room. My 69 year old sister cried because she had to climb the stairs. She would not leave the room until it was time to leave. Because of the proximity to the beach I would skip this island altogether if mobility is an issue.
