I really liked the hospitality of the team and trying to make sure all is well. The overall cleanness in the bathroom and common areas was not on the expected level and would be appreciated if the team tries to review them. For the size of the hotel the breakfast also could be better, the freshness of the vegetables considering it is summer could be better.

That the gym cost 9 Euros every time you want to use it. With the price you should allow the hotel guests to enter for free…

I loved every minute here. I took a solo spa/seaside weekend to relax and reset and I think this was the perfect place. The room was comfortable, I had a spectacular view of both the Black Sea and Techirghiol Lake from the 8th floor. Breakfast was a varied buffet for any taste, and the weather was mild enough for breakfast on the terrace with a local friendly cat. The restaurant food was amazing, and they stock excellent wines. The outdoor pool was unavailable during my stay but I enjoyed the indoor pool with Techirghiol salt water, a dip in the jacuzzi, and of course the spa. I booked a relaxation spa package and cannot recommend it enough. I especially loved the facial - I walked out of this hotel looking 5 years younger. N/A

The mattress for the kid. Not so many options for vegans/vegetarians on the restaurant menu.

Very good breakfast, friendly people, and comfort. Location is good, the landscape around is impacted somehow by small constructions. Beach is very close. We enjoyed walking on long distances as weather was allowing us in one of the days. Very nice park around the hotel, where you can sit and enjoy the air and peace. Apart from the hotel and spa everything is closed at this time. I believe that the entire area should be arranged for having "life" even after summer so that more people to come on seaside to have open terases on the beach, with chairs, hot drinks and nice calm music. Air is very healthy and we need to benefit as much as possible about these great resources.

The facilities are 9 out of 10 (for us). You don’t even need to leave the complex: restaurant, bar, pools, saunas, jacuzzi, gym, massages and treatments. The food and the food selection & variety was great, the pools were great, the sauna (we’ve only tried the dry one) was great, the restaurant staff was amazing, the reception was good (they’ve even helped us with an earlier check-in). The view was absolutely amazing, the courtyard looked impeccable (and a nice option for a walk after eating). We’ve stayed here when everything was already closed (or closing) after the summer season (we went in the second part of September) but it was quiet and nice for us. We had a few days of beach time and the private beach was also a plus. The disappointments: - (and it was a big one) the bathroom was not cleaned: the toilet had stains on the seat and inside of the toilet itself (it was not cleaned after the last people). The shower was stained; - we don’t really know if the sheets were changed after the last people; - one of the coffee/tea cups was either stained/not washed or not properly cleaned after someone’s tea; - during one of the nights we had a big black bug inside of the room; - the balcony had dirty (stained) plastic chairs and a questionable floor (one on the pieces was not properly fixed and it was going up each time we walked on it); - dust but I guess we have dust everywhere; - the robes had an unpleasant smell; - we’ve booked a few massages and, for me, they were not up to the standards; I would also recommend the staff to have short nails because I felt those longer nails on my skin. My partner, on the other hand, had a blast. I think they are more on the medical side, but it would be a great addition to have low lights, music and some aroma therapy in the rooms.

Staff very polite. Great location and resort facilities. Overall good experience. The small things - details that count: a little bit more clean here and there.

We were with our two year old and grandma. Took one apartment and a double. The rooms are very well kept. The view is impressive. The staff is always smiling and helpful. We paid well into the premium rates and expected small details which make your stay uncomfortable to be extinct in this hotel. But: 1. Only 2 out of 4 elevators are working and we had to wait several minutes before giving up and start using the stairs. 2. The diner includes some sort of awful live music (covers) at a very high volume starting from 20:00 to 23:00. So if your child cannot sleep, they just don't care. 3. The breakfast starts at 07:30 and the loud music at 07:00. 4. No fine espresso for breakfast. Only coffee machine which grinds and serves the espresso style coffee. 5. The flagship restaurant is basically located in the hallway...... 6. The parking lot is used for storing different furniture or kitchen equipment, so the cars do not have where to park. If the price per night was somewhere half of which we paid all these things were understandable.

I liked the cleanliness of the pool. The pool was clean and the water did not smell of chlorine. The towels were clean si barely used. Also I liked the room. Big and clean. We stayed in 203 and 204 (2 double rooms with Sea View). In one room we also had an extra bed for a child and still we had plenty of space to move around. The rooms were spacious. On the balcony we had 2 chairs, one small table and a rack for wet clothes. The hotel has 4 elevators and we did not to wait to much. The hotel has a guarded parking space and we did not need to be think about the car. The Breakfast was varied and the staff attentive to the needs of the tourists. Although the Check-in is 18:00, the Reception was very kind and they give us the room cards earlier (without us asking or expecting for it) on their own initiative, telling us that they had rooms available and they can accomodate us earlier. The hotel garden, is green, clean and maintained. The access to the garden from outside is based on room card. This created a sense of security especially for the kids who played alone everywhere without worrying they will be lost. The town itself, but I don't think that can't be blamed on the hotel. The town is known for its thermal waters (which we did not tested) and medical treatments for rheumatism. The hotel has a SPA with doctors and medical treatment packages for 6 or 12 days. Due to the thermal waters, the town is not visited by many young tourists. So don't expect clubs and parties but a really good (I've heard from other tourists) medical treatment.
