Absolutely nothing It was absolutely horrendous. Our room was on the 12th floor. The elevator was not working. We had to take the stairs to the 12th floor. I am 67 years old and my friend 75. It was an absolute nightmare. The food at the restaurant was horrendous lines for hours. The beach was dirty. The service was rude. It is one of the worst experiences I ever booked on this site never again.

Sparkling clean, beachfront, enough sunbeds, great variety of food, very kind staff, the option to use the private beach and pool before checking in time and lunch after checkout time, wonderfull room view, entertainment shows every evening, the bar.

- the view from upper levels was nice - comfortable bed - some of the young stuff persons was not polite at all when we checked out - the parking area is too small and it is managed by two rude middle aged men - the bathroom is too small - the indoor private pool price was not included in the all inclusive package, we had to pay another 75 lei/2 hours for some water bubbles and 2 saunas (literally) - there are only 2 elevators, and if half of the hotel is populated at a specific time, you can stay at least 5 minutes waiting to catch the elevator empty (adding that there are 13 floors) - my wife also got food poisoned, and for 3 straight days, all 3 meals seem to be reused

Priveliștea din camera. Personalul jalnic. Un băiat încrezut la recepție care nu știa ce face. Am nimerit o camera cu televizorul stricat (incepuse campionatul mondial :(). Am făcut 3 reclamații pana l-au schimbat(dupa 2 zile). Baia se umplea de apa când făceai dus. Nimeni nu îți spune nimic. Bratarile pentru mancare (care erau niste chestii de plastic/hartie care se uda) nu mergeau. Ne-au oprit bani pe card garanție, deși nu scria nicăieri de asta. In rezervarea de pe booking scria ca micul dejun este 50 de lei. Au vrut sa ni-l vândă cu 75. După 3 telefoane au aflat ca asa trebuie. Desi pe booking scrie ca ai acces la piscina exterioara peste tot erau afișe ca accesul este doar pt all inclusive. Noroc ca a fost vreme proasta. Loc de parcare nu gasesti, desi se spune ca este gratuita. Iar in camere nu exsita niciun loc unde sa usuci niste prosoape sau costumele de baie, nici macar un spatar de scaun. Banuiesc ca se presupune ca prosoapele le schimba ei, dar cu costumele de baie ce faci? Pentru pretul platit serviciile au fost proaste iar experienta neplacuta. Micul dejun a fost ok, dar sincer nu cred ca e suficient. Jalnic, uitasem de ce nu mai merg la mare la noi.

Spa , and food

I was expecting a 4 star hotel with better amenities. I would rate it- 3 stars. Apartment we were lodged was small, bathroom had a awkward layout, beds weren't comfy and place felt like a condo building instead of resort. Lots of breakfast options, but everything seemed average quality.

I like the proximity to the beach and the maintenance of it, always being somebody who cleaned at the end of day. There are facilities for kids and adults as well, eith swimming poola indoor and outdoor, activities for kids, playground on the beach and inside the hotel. Not enough parking spots for the clients,making it difficult to park or move your car. The food gave all of us digestive issues, so I would recommend a smaller variety of meals but better prepared.

great facilities and spa services, I’d recommend the Indian massage in particular. good value. there’s not much to do outside the hotel in terms of entertainment or shopping in the off season.

Pros: Good room with a nice couch by the window, enormous breakfast selection, top hospitality. Cons: I didn't like the sticky bracelet one has to wear to access the breakfast area since it gets wet and discomforting to wear
