We made the reservation for Neptun Resort and we paid in advance. When we got there they told us that there were no rooms available and they moved us to Hotel Diana which is lower than Neptun. We stayed last year at Neptun Resort so we knew the difference between the rooms. We paid for a double side bed as we are a couple and we got 2 single bed. We also did not have wifi and hair dryer as it was specified.
