Hotel Union

I like that the horel is clean, has a nice staff and every time I booked there they upgrade me for free! Is a plus that there is a private beach area with inckuded sunbeds and umbrella, and the breakfast. For the places I stay I do recommend any time if I notice some ideas to improve customes experience, to help local business to grow. The services I got in June was close to perfect. What I would recommend this time is on the breakfast area, self area, needs some labels for what food is served. One example is milk and or yougurt, not sure what was vegetal or if there was yougurt...I had to ask, and noboady knows. Second, some more napkins for tables. I notice this time coffee is served in ceramic cups, excellent improvment from the last visit! Appreciated!

Everything was beautiful i know before the union and now was a lots of change and choices. Very clean staff top breakfast more then my expectation ? room so big so clean definitely next year i will be back on UNION

Front of the Beach 1) the elevator didn't work, 2) the bathroom door, the WOODEN paneling, inside the door, around the handle, was taken off, 3) hair dryer, didn't work, 4) at breakfast - basin of water at The coffee machine was filled, using a bucket, in which they keep wine bottles on ice. At insistence, it was cleaned and filled with clean water, 5) in the evening I asked the waiter for cutlery, knife and fork., the answer was was in a metal stand, in the middle of the table - After the dishes were brought, I took the cutlery - I NOTICED THAT THE KNIFE WAS USED. I ASKED A LADY WHO WAS SERVING, SHE SAID; WAIT, AND HE TOOK THE DIRTY KNIFE AND PUT INTO THE SAME PACKAGE another knife, which was dirty because, in the paper package, there were dirty cutlery, and he did not want to change them 6) The pizza that was brought was burnt - black, for some reason, - They use pizza trays in the kitchen. 7) At the pool, the sunbeds were dirty, also the tiles, cold water in the shower, 8) at the sea, the sunbeds and mattresses were dirty, - I WALKED WITH SLIPPERS BECAUSE, A LOT CIGARETTES, ALL THE YOUNG PEOPLE WHO WORKED THERE, BRINGING THE MATTRESSES FOR THE CHAIRS WERE SMOKING, AND THROWING THE CIGARETTES ON THE BEACH, A LOT OF SHELLS. THE BEACH WAS NOT CLEANED..I SPOKE TO THE HOTEL RECEPTION, BUT THEY DID NOT TAKE ANY ACTION. THEY LAUGHED MORE.9) door key,that I received from reception ,was top broker, I reported, but the answer was ,can you open that door, I said yes,- THAT IS OK 10)the lamp didn't work

The lady at reception was excellent. Helpful, kind and very knowledgeable. The bed was great and the hotel was relatively close to the beach. Breakfast and lunch were included and the food quality was good if you had the chance to have any food. Keep in mind, that this is a 4 starts hotel. The balcony was covered in bird droppings, even the clothes drying rack was covered in it. After every clean our bathroom had long black hairs, same with the bedroom. None of the bath products have been replaced (I guess that £400 for two nights does not cover a shower gel top up or cotton buds). But all of that was acceptable compared to the restaurant. The food and staff were abysmal. I know that in a big kitchen with a high demand staff have to prep food in advance to help them cope with that demand but my God, stale potatoes, a fried egg that was so cold and hard that it resembled a rock, and waiters that were so desperate for tips that they took to slagging off colleagues and their job. It is safe to say that I will never return, because the money spent there was not worth the stay.

The view is good on the sea The staff can be more proactive and welcoming, also the restaurant can have more varieties of breakfast items.

I was able to check in pretty quickly, the interior of the hotel was looking good, there are 2 elevators with an external view (I'm mentioning this because from what I read, in the past there wasn't any elevator). First and foremost, the night was kind of awful, very noisy, not sure what engine or air conditioning is outside but I had a very hard time sleeping and I'm not sleeping to hard usually (the view was in the back yard). In the bathroom, you can easily see some small wholes between tiles, it would worth closing them with some cement to prevent things lurking around, luckily wasn't the case. The room is not that spacious for the money to be honest, we took the cheapest one which to be frank want cheap at all for the service, not that expensive taking into account that we had deck chairs, breakfast (not that divers though) and parking which is.. Well if you can find a free spot, well good, otherwise, bad luck. The staff wasn't that kind, a bit in a hurry, actually I asked the waitress to take the order for the rest of the persons at my table and to let me for later since I couldn't prepare myself because I was occupied with my child and she was a bit nervous and she told me that she needs to take to whole order, not like that and left and came later.. never heard something like that, but anyways, house rules right?!
